X-FLIGHT TRAMPOLINE PARK — Attraction in Flowood

My daughter took her twin brother and sister to your establishment and had the worst experience. The last time we came they didn't have socks to fit my babies or the right size for me so this time i sent sock for my daughter and the kids. My daughter said that she was being harassed because of this and there were other people out there with shoes on following their children around so she proceeded to explain to the manager the situation. The manager responded to her that that was not her problem. I don't care what your situation is why don't you just buy some socks. I couldn't believe what she was saying so i called up there first to speak to the manager. whoever answered the phone said the manager is busy . I asked to be placed on hold she said not. I asked well what is the managers name she said i can't tell you that . i asked well what is your name and she said i can't tell you that. i asked well what is the store manager name she said she couldn't tell me that either. I then asked her was there anyone else that i would speak to she said no its just me working here. I then drove up there to find a desk full of employees including the manager (short with blonde hair) She had an immediate terrible attitude with me. I was asking her why was it such a big deal. she really couldn't and i simply said ma'am you really have a terrible attitude for no reason I'm just trying to see what is going on. Then she puts her hand in my face yelling for me to not put my hand in her face. At this point i am confused , and she tells me and my daughter i can leave. i respond not without some contact information. She does write it down and storms off with more attitude. I have serve this country for 12 years and never have i seen to much disrespect and unprofessionalism. this was the worst experience of customer service. and might i add she look like she was high...

This place is horrible. First off I booked a $300 party for my son. When we get there it's chaos in the front. They had one young girl trying to handle all the people who were coming in for parties. Clearly she couldn't handle it! It was very unorganized. I know we lost at least 30 minutes of party time with that foolishness. Secondly, the package I purchased came with $5.00 play cards. I handed all the cards out to the kids (15) and they ran off to go jump and play, come to find out none of the cards had been loaded with money. Instead of them just giving me new cards with the money on them, the man told me to go get all the cards from the kids and bring them back to the front! I'm like what?! Ok. So I had to go find all kids TWO times! To get the cards and give to the new cards. Oh and you pay all this money and you can't even access the party to room to put your personal belongings up until the last 30-45 of your party time. Lastly, the service at the little concession area in the front was horrible. This teenager is cleaning tables while he has a line at the counter. He's looking at us standing there and he still continues to clean, like how hard is it to say "I will be right with you". I'm all for a clean location but you don't continue to clean when you have a line at the counter. I kept my cool because my son really wanted to have his party there and the kids enjoyed themselves but as a parent I will never book a party with them again. The service is not worth the money! It is very unorganized, it seemed to be a lack of caring, too many teenagers running things that they shouldn't be running, seems to be all about the money. My daugther wanted to come to party safari to celebrate her 8th birthday on September 21st. She was so excited. We picked a smaller package at first and decided to go a little bigger. We came inside and talked with the manager on duty and decided to do the VIP package. We spent over $900.00 including adding more food and kids to our package. Earlier that day, we had a funeral to attend and then we all came to help celebrate my daugther. When we arrived, we put the gifts we had and cupcakes on a cart that was suppose to be assigned to our party. Eventually, my daugther ended up not receiving 4 of her gifts. Her gifts were giving to another party next door to our party. The manager did credit us back $75.00 after one of my guests showed her the receipt of what she purchased just before arriving to the party. That total came from no where. She based it off on one of my guests having the receipt but 3 other gifts were missing. During the party, I was surprised that no one came to serve the kids but I was told that isn't something that they do. It was no problem, we were able to eat and end the party. I went to merge all the play cards together and saw that we they only had $5.00 each on them. We were told that they would have $8.00 each and $12.00 for my daugther. The manager apologized and did issue us another credit but on another play card, but by this time, the party is over and the kids were all gone but the ones in the family. It would have been better to credit $200.00 back to the card instead of us coming back to be place that help ruin my daugther's party.
