Unfortunately, I’m going to have to retract my previously stunning review. Upon bringing my laptop in to be serviced for a shattered screen and dysfunctional display, they took two weeks to order the new part (which ended up to be the wrong part), quote and charge us $150 below what they should have and then proceed to call us later with the increased cost, perform an operation that neither one of the workers have performed before, did not remain in contact with us, end up doing more harm than good in “repairing” the laptop with the initial procedure, then proceeded to take another week to order the correct part and perform the procedure that should have taken place the first time. On top of all of that, they charged us an additional $150 for the correct procedure which was absolutely necessary, and were disrespectful and presented a completely alternative behavior (irritated and disregarding) when I questioned their actions. Now, my laptop screen freezes about every five minutes, and seems to be broken again. Make your own judgement, if necessary, but I do not recommend this...
Read moreI had a horrible experience here. I brought in my iPhone to get a battery replacement. They told me it would take 30 minutes, I came back after 1 hour and they told me that the job was done. As soon as they pulled my phone out, it had 0% and would not take a charge in there shop. I was disappointed that they didn't try and charge / verify the install before my arrival. They installed a 2nd battery (which was another customers old battery with only 87% max life) and told me if I have issues to come back the next day so that they could re-install my original battery. Sure enough, I had issues. My phone would randomly turn off - likely because the battery they installed was rattling around inside the chassis. Just as they asked, I returned the very next day to get my original battery installed only to be informed that they had already disposed of it. 1.Went twice during hours advertised and there was a closed sign on the door. They advertise "free diagnostic" then advised diagnostic would be 129. When i told them they advertised otherwise they guy literally laughed. He couldn't seem to figure out how to operate the printer to provide me my paperwork for drop-off. 4.Said they'd call back before close of business. Didn't. Called next day. Business hours. No answer. Mailbox full. Called later and they said they were working on it. Would call within the hour. Didn't. Two full days later I called. Business houes. Left message. No call back. I dropped by, they said we're still working on it. I took it back from them. DONE. Zero integrity. Zero connection between advertised policy and walk in. Awful, rude, disrespectful customer service.
