Daddy's Smoke Shop & More — Attraction in Fontana

Very awful customer service from the old dude that runs the place. He puts up a front as if he’s a nice guy just trying to help you out, but it’s just a trick to try to get you to spend more money. I bought a bong from here last month, but recently went inside to get a new bowl piece. When I asked to look at the bowl pieces the dude didn’t even try telling me the prices on them, he just came up with enticing stories about where they came from, which are probably fake. When I picked one out he refused to tell me the price of it until I was already ready to pay. After getting the bowl piece, I went home & put it into my bong, and before I even put any weed into the new bowl at all I tried pulling the bowl out using the handle, and when I did the bowl snapped in half from the stem. I then went back to the store to get another one because he sold me an overpriced faulty bowl piece. When I went back into the store, I explained to him my situation, and he was being very rude & unaccomodating. After arguing with him for a few minutes we ended up compromising on him just giving me one of the cheaper bowl pieces(which is half the price that I had already paid). This all happened within 15 minutes btw, as I just live around the corner. I have serious regrets ever giving this business any of my money. I will now go to any other smoke shop in the area if possible, and would absolutely recommend that everybody else does the same. You will be tricked into buying a faulty and cheap product for much more than should...

Leaving one star but would leave none if I could. This is my second time buying vapes from here as of recent and the first time I bought a elf bar and it died within the first day- I charged it and it just stopped working.

I thought oh this is maybe a bad one and brushed it off. I just bought a puff bar and it said it had 1600 puffs and it’s dead now. I have hardly used it and the light is blinking ALREADY.

When I bought I tried it in the store and told the very rude girl working that it felt airy and like it was used already and she immediately said “ there’s nothing I can do about that, it’s already been open” even though she opened it for me and tried to throw away the box and paper it came in.

She was very rude and had really awful blush on her face and looked like a clown.

doesn't take credit, rude at the front desk edit: the employee at the front did not say hello or greet upon entering. he didn't say hello back when i said hi at the register, and i waited a long time before he even acknowledged me. i tried using a credit card twice, and he let it fail before he even asked if i was using a credit card. he never once told me that they needed to see an id before taking credit card and simply just told me that they dont take credit card. so i used a debit card instead. now that i see you've responded to my review and many others in such a negative way, I'd change my review to 0 stars if i could. obviously, the rude statement i left stands true for all employees and owners in this place. customers can leave you reviews for any reason they want to, which needs to be understood...
