If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my ring to get straightened out after smashing my hand. My ring was oval and I needed it round again. My husband and I happened to go grocery shopping and gave this place a chance as they're located inside El Super grocery store. We were told it would be $25 dollars and they could do it! Sweet! We paid and left the ring. While the lady (Vicky) behind the counter was taking my information she put the ring on a ring sizer wand. She said "5 1/2". I said "no that's not correct I KNOW I'm not a 5 1/2 and the ring is bent....how could it be a 5 1/2?" She then insisted she needed to put a size down and wrote what the sizer said. I'm not a scientist, but I do know a bent ring would not give true sizing. When I went back to get my ring, I tried it on. It didn't go past my knuckle. They actually made my ring a 5 1/2 when it was ONLY supposed to be straightened out! The girl at the counter (a different lady) saw this and we actually used the individual ring sizer. We found that size 6 is actually my size. I could even go with a 6 1/2. She said she'd keep it and get it fixed. I got a call from Vicky saying there was never a change in the ring. She said they reviewed the cameras and no change was made in the size. How do you explain the size being way too small? I was angry and my husband went to pick up the ring for me. That woman VICKY had the AUDACITY to tell my husband that I walked in with another man to pick it up the first time! She said she reviewed the cameras. MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE CAR THE FIRST TIME! He stayed in the car with the kids. So my husband asks to see this video. She refused to show him and said it was a third party who does the surveillance. We took the ring as is, since that's all we paid for. Please do not go to this business. They will screw you over then blame you for the mistake and accuse you of infidelity....
Read moreBe careful with this place! They want to nickel and dime you for everything?! I was going to fix a bracelet and order a new stone for my ring. When I asked if they could test a piece of gold, they wanted to charge me 5 bucks. The lady behind the counter says we gotta charge for everything. What smart business jewelry store. They preferred sticking to their guns on 5 dollars of testing a gold ring, rather than the 35 dollars I was going to pay to fix my bracelet. Also, I was going to buy a stone for my ring which they hadn't priced yet. I was going to buy and fix this too. Today Augut 2, 2023, they lost more than 5 dollars. Great job,...
