Today I went and I bought six items I had a punchcard and they only punched it three times I asked why they had only put three when I brought six items and the lady told me that if I had bought all the items separately then i would have gotten all six on the punch card and I asked her if we could redo it then and buy them separately she told said no and brought out the owner when they came out from the back she came out crying and caused a scene the owner then talked to us and said that it was the rules and he couldn’t do anything about it so we asked do you have it written down somewhere because it didn’t say anything about this on the card and he continued giving us attitude saying no that they didn’t even have to give out punch cards in the first place but they did it basically for publicity overall it was a bad experience so much for customers always right not only that but they gave us...

We were waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and everybody else seemed to get serviced before us, Not once have the workers asked if we were serviced at all they just came to the natural assumption that we have already ordered. Are you kidding me? Unbelievably horrible service. When I entered, there was only 2 people in front of us and we waited for them to finish their orders. But as they were finishing up their orders, other people entered this place as well. As I was waiting however, We expected to be served next but INSTEAD they served the OTHERS Instead?
