On Tuesday December 17, 2024 at approximately 10:20 hours. A friend and I visited this IHOP location for the very first time. However, we had an unpleasant experience with a Hispanic young female cashier who was at the front entrance at the time. First of all, when we entered the restaurant, we noticed it was busy, people sitting on the sides and still waiting to be seated. Second, we waited to be addressed by the female cashier who was attending to a customer who was checking out. As we waited patiently for this cashier and for her to attend to our seating accommodations, we noticed another family walk in and stand behind us let alone also wait to be seated. Third, when this cashier finished checking out the customer, she then ignored all of us by leaving the front entrance and going to the back of the restaurant instead of taking down our seating information.
Furthermore, when this female cashier returned, she instead turned her attention to the family who had walked in after we did and who now was standing along side of us. She immediately started taking down this family’s information, grabbed some menus and was about to sit them down; when I also immediately grabbed her attention by out loud telling her, “EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME. WE ARE NEXT.” This cashier stated, “Are you checking out?” I told her no and that we were waiting to be seated. She ignored what I said and instead proceed with her rudeness by still attempting to first accommodate this other family. Which I again out loud stated, “EXCUSE ME WE ARE NEXT.”
Finally, this female cashier didn’t care what I was saying and her lack of professionalism/training let alone rudeness left us completely disgusted and disappointed with this restaurant. Read moreI ordered over the phone. The person that took my order said 15-20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes just to be on the safe side. I get there and see that there is a line for payment so I get in line. There are two people in front of me. About two minutes after I have been standing in line, a couple walks up and starts a line on the side when there is clearly already a line. The girl at the register does not tell them that there is already a line. She actually began to help them before the person directly in front of me. She then says oh I'm sorry they were here first. She helps the people directly in front of me. Then proceeds to go back to the person on the other side of her. At this point she says are you picking up. I said yes. She never went to check if my food was done. She kept helping people in this line these random people created. Another customer tells her oh I'm sorry you can help her. To which I said apparently there wasn't a whole line over here that I was standing in. The man apologized to me for cutting in line but he was not in the wrong. The ignorant girl at the register was in the wrong because instead of taking those other people she should have checked to see if my order was ready and then came back to help them if it wasn't. It was rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back here ever.

Read moreI take pride is providing accurate and honest feedback. This one is a doozy. I even asked for my money back so I could leave, and the servers kept walking away. I was told the wait for 1 person would be 25 mins, so I ordered to go. It was a mushroom and spinach omelette with a GF waffle and a 16 oz milk. I ordered at 9:16 am. My food was handed to me at 10:17 am. And I still had to wait for the milk. It was not hot. The 7 people who came in after me, sat down, and 4 of them left before I received my food. I asked an employee what the restaurant manager's name was and they didn't know. 7 I was provided a reason 'all of the kitchen equipment is broken' which is a lie, because people were still able to order, and if it was all broken, how were people eating and paying? This is by far the worst communication and service in a long time.
