Last night I ordered two trailer tires and a trailer tire mount. This morning I got an email saying your order is ready. Two hours later I show up at the store to pick up my order. There is one employee on the company phone, one there who greets me to ask what can I help you with. I tell her I need my order, she tells me it’s on the shelf. I go to get my order it’s one tire and a trailer tire mount. I ask her where is the other tire she tells me she’ll call someone to get it. I listen to try to get 3 different people to grab the tire. ( I have no physical disabilities so I could have grabbed it in the back of the store but I am ordering ahead to save time on my lunch break) so I take the trailer tire mount to my car while they are getting the other tire, I come back someone brings it up as I get inside. I wait for the store manager who’s now there to finish helping a customer and woman from before. The manager takes over helping me has my sign the receipt after checking my ID and I left. Although, I did buy a two pack of Titan 25' tape measures-never again. they were encased in that hard plastic enclosure. Took forever to cut them out; almost cut my hand off doing so--what a frustrating experience. Next time I'll buy a single 25 footer from Home Depot. Bought a $2300 Hobart welding from Northern Tool online---worst experience ever via their trucking companies. Delays, week after week, can only deliver on Tue & Thurs but not this week, can't start the truck, stay home all day waiting for truck--Once theye got unit into the cities, it took them about three weeks to deliver, etc.--no adjustments, just stay home and wait.
