I've been to both stores, before and after they moved. I much prefer the new one, not as cramped during an event.
They are pretty much exclusively Reds and Bengals but that's the majority of their clientele. They do a lot of signing events, particularly with current and former Reds players, also offer a drop off service to have items signed at an announced event, though they charge extra.
They also have reasonable prices on framing, we had an item framed to look like something we'd bought there framed so that they'd match. Final price was lower than the quote.
Considering all the players they have come in, ice never has any concerns about items fir sake with signatures. I would buy with confidence that...
