I finally got my sectional. It was a different color then I thought but I like it. Ashley and the crew went above and beyond for me to get everything I need at a reasonable price Today I got my furniture delivered I had to leave work so I can get my furniture delivered I just got home and looked at my furniture and noted that there is a scratch on my sectional and a scratch on my table I really wish Sims furniture had to where I can leave a voicemail . I couldn't check my furniture thoroughly when they delivered it because I had to get back to work but as I said when I got home I looked at my furniture and there they scraped it up I'm hoping that Sims furniture can get it fixed. I finally talk to Ashley at sims furniture. She apologized and said she will get someone out to repair my table and furniture and I was okay with that. I called back Because I never heard from anyone and I talked to the other Lady at sims furniture tresh, Trish, I could never pronounce her name. But she told me that until I removed this review they will not be scheduling for my furniture to get repaired. After Ashley told me they was. Trish stated Ashley said. Nope we will not send nobody out until you take the reviews down. I felt as a customer that been with them since 2014 that, that wasn't rite. I ask for corporate number but Trish refuse to give it to me and tell me I had to talk to Ashley because she is the one that said I cannot get nothing done to my furniture until I take the comment down I paid too much money for this furniture for it not to get repaired and the table to not get repaired or replaced so I politely ask her to put me on the list to come get this furniture my feelings was hurt. But Ashley ended up calling me she said that was not true she never said anything like that because me and Ashley talk prior to that and she never stated that to me either that I cannot get my stuff repaired if I don't take the comment down people get busy and they forget about stuff like that so I forgot to change the review but after speaking with Ashley she said that she was going to contact the people I have them come out.
