Forest Park Square — Local services in Forest Park

WORST Kroger by far, that I have EVER been to in my LIFE! I have lived walking distance from this location for 6 years....and for 6 years I have DREADED going in here to shop for anything at ALL times of the day! But more so after 4pm-CLOSE!

You can walk in for a gallon of milk and have to stand in a line of like 32+ people(What SHOULD be a 5min trip with EASILY take 45min-1hr!) There are 8-16 EXPRESS SELF check-out (20 ITEMS OR LESS) lanes (5 of which are open 9/10x) people have ZERO COUTH whatsoever bringing FULL CARTS to the self check-out (EMPLOYEES say nothing to anyone about it!) And the people who are responsible for the self check-out lanes are NEVER around to do their jobs and help the customers. You can look at their self check-out lane and it will mess up, and you will stand there for 10-15min before anyone will come fix the dang thing!

Other people's time is valuable, employees get paid regardless of a customer walking out due to a line that should be in & out and takes over 45min)

Went to the title agency there and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. No long wait, at all. I literally walked in the door and was immediately helped. I then went next door to the BMV to transfer tags once I got the title situated and the same held true, there, as well. Absolutely no wait, and all ladies were very kind, pleasant and professional. The little personal chat while they were helping me, was nice. They really seemed to care but we're also very quick and efficient. I wasn't in there (either place) but maybe 10 minutes and that's the absolute max. I will be back for any other BMV/Titling related needs...

Two for one errands yesssss. This mall area has several vendors in it. For me BMV got there around 10am it just so happened a car vendor with some type of sale going on so the line was long. The staff inside kept it moving I was in there only 10 minutes. They have staff inside that work the line (asking what you are there for turns out the new credentials required for the new driver license dropped lot of people out of the line because they had to go back and get the items required). Left there went to Kroger a few doors up for...
