Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Forest Park

Got my granddaughter's order wrong I live on the other side of town so called the store and was supposed to receive a credit for three coneys , came back with granddaughter 3 weeks later and spoke to Liz who claimed to be manager and she looked at a book and said she didn't see a credit, so I had to pay again for the order they originally made wrong, this is very poor customer service, they just lost a customer for life over a lousy 3 hotdogs, I will follow up with corporate , but maybe this place needs to rethink how they treat customer's because without us your business will be shut down like so many others in your area has already been. It was the worst skyline restaurant I have ever been to and will not be going back to that location. I asked for a buffalo chicken salad with ranch and they kept asking me if I wanted French dressing. Then when I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap in ADDITION, she cut me off before I said wrap and rudely said "I already got that." Then once I said it was wrap, she said, "Let me change that." I spent 10 minutes explaining that I wanted a salad AND a wrap. So, not only was she rude to me and ignored what I was saying, but she was so incompetent that she couldn't figure out my order. My husband, my 19 month old son and I came to this location on Sunday August 16 about 20 minutes after they opened. We entered to about three people behind the counter and a few other employees sitting at a table. We were the only patrons there. We were told to have a seat. We grabbed a table, but it was dirty so we went to another. We were never again spoken to. We didn't get the highchair we needed. No one came to our table at all.
