GameStop — Attraction in Fort Collins

I went into the SWM Magnolia Fort Collins store to purchase a New 3ds where I was met by store manager Deron. There are two colors of new 3ds available and I requested to see what they looked like. I was told that there was not a demo or an empty box he could show me. I then asked if I could just see the box, to which he said that "because they had a customer run off with one last week" I could not see the box. I then asked if he could hold the box up for me behind the counter to which he also said no. I offered for him to hold my keys wallet and phone and he still said no. I then asked if I purchased the Black one if I could then see the Red one since he would already have my money. Which he said no to as well. At this point I mentioned that I'm 5 feet even and about half his size, to which he said "you must be faster me then. You could run around the counter.". At this point I began to feel that I was being treated as a thief even though I was at the store to make a $250 purchase. I asked one final time if I could see the product before I left and he again said that "someone ran off with one last week." Last month, early November, I ordered the IT pop vinyls you are " supposedly " releasing. The girl working told me I HAVE TO ORDER FAST BC IT'S OUT ALREADY! So I did, like a sucker. A week later, came and paid it completely off, the girl told me she might even have it in the back in a box somewhere already bc that's what her computer was telling her... So a few more days go by, with time to find it in your storage area. I come in AGAIN and you all have the nerve to say it didn't come out for another week on December 8. Well today once again you scum had the nerve to say it's not really out yet. SHAME ON HUGH FOR MAKING US FEEL BAD FOR CANCELLING A PREORDER. DON'T VICTIMIZE YOURSELF WHEN YOU GUYS LIE THROUGH YOUR TEETH. The ignorant girl was there today. If she wasn't so busy lying to a student customer about the Xbox one S features, I would've asked her what the excuse was today. This is the worst GameStop I've seen between Pennsylvania and Colorado. Bunch of typical fake college kids who don't care if they lie.. just gotta make that sale...

I've never had such a horrible experience than I've had today and yesterday with gamestop. In the past the gentleman with the the dark hair and glasses had been nothing but professional and polite providing excellent service (I believe his name is Chris) . However the experience with the women with dyed red hair was absolutely horrible. I called and tried to start the conversation off polite and in response I got blunt rude responses. I was calling to get a estimate on selling my Xbox she put me on hold for 10 min only to tell me that she couldn't help me and I had to come in. Once I came in she was even more rude in person. She was short and to be honest a man bonds with his Xbox over the years and to have employee make me feel as though I'm a burden isn't a good representation of the company. I understand that people can have a bad day but to have it happen multiple days in a row isn't acceptable.
