First off I have to take extra time out of my day and drive over 30 minutes to get to the Fort Collins location and I went there because a jacket I purchased in March of 2024 and itās November 2024 got a huge hole in the back of it, not really sure how it happened as I donāt dry any of their items but I also wear this jacket ALL the time! I was being helped by a nice young man who was telling me if it was under a year old they would replace itā¦then a VERY bitchy female employee came over and told me they wonāt replace it, itās my fault and that she would be more than happy to find a new one for me to purchase!! Like F that these jackets are expensive I donāt have that kind of money and itās LESS than a year old. I drove all the way there just to be turned around and told she wonāt do anything as itās not a seam problem! I went to my car cried a little and called a costumer service number and was sent to their site where I can upload pictures of the item and most likely get a new one or a refundā¦again this is my FAVORITE jacket and the lady on costumer service seemed shocked the lady at the Fort Collins store was so rude and gave me no help and didnāt replace the item when it was less than a year oldā¦now Iām just waiting to hear back after filling out the form. I have never had such a terrible experience with Lulu until now so whoever this women was just wanted my money not to be a decent human and stand by their productā¦I wish I knew her name because she was a terribly rude human and literally made me feel like she just wanted more of the money I DONāT have to purchase a brand new jacket. Not sure if Iāll shop at the Fort Collins location again, at least when sheās there because the young man helping before she butted in was very kind and concerned. Sorry for the rant but hire more caring and considerate people and stand by your product no matter what...

I purchase Lululemon monthly as for I am coach and wear it daily. I had a couple issues with a few products I had ordered so I took them back for piling (quality promise) and inseam issues. I'm not a Lululemon expert but I know that I should not have been treated the way I was. I understand that the quality promise is picky BUT the way I was talked to was ridiculous! What appeared to be a hispanic young lady with dark hair helped me and it was not the first time I have dealt with her...
It felt like something you would see in a movie; I was in disbelief! I have NEVER EVER been talked to with that much attitude by ANY worker in any type of retail. Once I said "quality promise" she pretty much told me that it was all my fault and my "washing techniques". Mind you, she didn't even want to see what I had (my stuff was still in the bag); and yes everything was within the normal wear and tear time. She then would talk over me and offer to give me lessons on how to properly wash my items because she claimed I didn't know how to. She then continued to tell me that I also needed help picking a different fabric because I didn't know what I was doing. I have worn lululmeon on a daily for years. I know what material I need and like. I invest thousands of dollars a year. I know how to wash my clothing as for all my stuff still looks brand new! She had me cornered and was flat out rude. I didn't argue with her as for I was in such disbelief! She ruined my whole day.
I had another worker help me check out and she was very kind and helped me get my problem fixed. I was very thankful to have her. She did am amazing job! (5 star for her)

I had owned the coat for a little over a year and the first female employee said that she would look to replace it since they didnāt sell that model anymore. I thought, sweet, this is the customer service I am used to and the reason why I love lulu so much. Then a male employee came over to us and dismissed it as āoldā and told me my best option was to go pay and have someone else repair it. Apparently things that are a little over a year old are considered āoldā when it comes to clothes here. We even saw the in-house seamstress walking around in the store, and they did not offer to have her take a look at it. This interaction doesnāt seem to honor the quality promise, and I was very disappointed. I reached out to lulu online and they got the performance return started right away. I wonāt be purchasing from this store...
