Read moreI had horrible customer service when picking up my wedding ring today. Ordering my ring has been a hassle from the beginning. This all started when my custom ring, ordered from inside their store, did not match up to my engagement ring I also bought custom from their store. I went into the store to show them the mistake they made. The male salesman that helped us couldn't even show proof there was a purchase made for my ring when looking into the sales system at Zales. My husband then had to look through all our emails to provide him with all of the documentation which took forever but proved we weren't trying to return a ring we didnt order there. This made me feel like he thought I was lying or trying to scam their store. Towards the end I reminded the salesman we needed a warranty on the new ring we were picking up and he said we never purchased one which was a lie! I paid the 289. For a warranty just to leave that store and be done with his rude, unprofessional attitude. They are a very unorganized store at that location and I will never go back to that specific store ever again. I left the store with 2 rings and paid for 3 warrantys. What a joke! but since they didnt have evidance of any ring in the first place I didnt have much of a choice. I am so dissapointed. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because their jewelry is pretty. I rarely write reviews but this is something that was really unfair....
