We are incredibly happy with the customer service and the product we got at The Sleep Store!

After explaining to John what we were looking for (I have a back injury and haven't slept very well in several years and I am quite tired as a result!), the first mattress he showed us seemed absolutely perfect. Never go with the first one, right? We tried out some other mattresses in his store, but it really seemed he got it right from the get-go. We left without buying and checked out some other stores, but no one was able to give us the same experience or attention. John never showed us the typical selling mattresses like some of the other stores did, he listened to what we needed and made a recommendation based on those needs. His 40-some years of experience really shined when he made the best recommendation right out of the gate!

The next day, we returned to The Sleep Store around 5:30 pm to purchase the mattress. He gave us some very good advice pertaining to caring for the mattress and keeping it in good shape for as long as possible. Better yet, he had it delivered LATER THAT NIGHT! I was amazed. The guys who delivered it were fast, respectful of our home, and very polite. I slept so well that night and woke up feeling absolutely refreshed, something I haven't experienced for longer than I care to admit. The moral of this story: I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our experience with The Sleep Store! We highly recommend that you go talk to John if you are in the market for a new mattress. You will not be disappointed. He might have similar mattresses to other stores, but his knowledge and impeccable customer service...

Everyone working in this store is outstanding. Hayden Frye met us at the door and showed us many sleep options. Dennis Landry explained the physical science of sleeping well and the importance of proper breathing while sleeping. This information helped us choose a bed that has dramatically improved our sleeping experience. Carson encouraged the factory that was manufacturing our bed to step it up and deliver their product to the store in a timely manner. As with most products these days, the manufacturer is more interested in profits than service. This complicates things for the store owner trying to meet the needs of the customer. The Sleep Store in Fort Collins served as a worthy interface, showing that once again nothing beats shopping (or dining) with local businesses. Rich Holt and Jonny Nielsen delivered the bed and assembled the complicated, fully-articulating bed. Watching them, I can tell you what an accomplishment that was. The factory left a lot to be done out of the box and I found that the extra charge for delivery and set up to be a bargain: I strongly suggest utilizing this service if you are buying anything more complicated than a pillow.

I heartily suggest purchasing any sleeping gear through this business. There is a value to customer service far beyond price. At this store you will get a fair price and you will be appreciated as customer. In a post COVID world that...

My fiance and I went in to this location on 8/23/16 and arranged the financing and purchase of a mattress. The sales and financing staff were very friendly and accommodating. We gave all of our information, but withheld signing the contract so that we could do all the math and make sure our budget was sound. Upon further inspection we realized the financing we had been approved for was only just short of robbery. We would have payed double the cost of the mattress in interest payments. While legal, this is really very shady. Then, a day later, the mattress delivery people attempted to deliver the mattress with the contract unsigned. I did not accept it or answer the door, and my fiance put in a call to the store. Apparently, manager Dennis thought it was acceptable to forge my fiance's signature on the contract and attempt delivery of the mattress without speaking to either of us. If I had accepted the mattress, no doubt there would have been no way to return it and we would have been forced into the terms of the contract. I would stay away from this location and any Sleep Stores, regardless of what excuses they may have for this behavior. This was not a misunderstanding, it was white collar crime. Bad business.
