Open Book — Attraction in Fort Snelling Unorganized Territory

The night before my trip, a trip during which I would have no internet, I panicked because I hadn't bought a book. And I really wanted one specific physical book (an older Stephen King compilation). Sucking up my error, I resigned to just buying whatever milquetoast bestseller that the airport shop had. But something told me to keep looking... and that's when I found this shop. And, lo and behold, they actually HAD the exact book that I wanted, brand new. I was shocked. Needless to say, my vacation wasn't actually saved because I barely read the entire time so it didn't really matter in the end, but damn was I happy to actually have found it....

Each time we fly out of MSP we stop for a book at Open Book. Mari was there again and did such a nice job recommending books for us. She remembered today that I had wanted a short story book in November and recommended another one. What a memory! Kind and helpful and knowledgeable.
