Bath & Body Works — Attraction in Fort Wayne

Been trying to place an order for 2 days on the app. It will not let me view my order at the end n pay. This is getting ridiculous. I was just using the website n last time this was an issue as well . I called into customer service n they don't know a damn thing other than say you should use the app n I have tried several times w the app n still having trouble. If you call in for help thn have people know what the hell they are doing. Loosing faith real quick. Getting tired of ordering whn a sale starts n end up getting things canceled do to high demand. Bath & Body works wall flowers and $3.00 plugs are absolutely horrible. I purchased 1 for each outlet in my house. The entire time I kept thinking my house is going to smell amazing. Plugged them all in throughout the house, at first you could smell them. The next day.. absolutely NOTHING. No smell at all. I returned all the $3.00 plugs. Upgraded to the expensive plugs. Again, excited thinking my house would smell again. Ha! Same thing.. absolutely nothing. There is no difference in the $3.00 plugs vs the 12.00-20.00 plugs. Waste of money! This happened a while ago, I am sure they have new staff now. I do have to get something off my chest. I had an extremely rude cashier when I was getting a gift for my mother. Her words were incoherent and she was being especially unprofessional. She treated customers poorly. I have to give one star feom my experience.
