This place is top notch! Mega Replay is one of the best retail gaming store if not THE BEST used tech and gaming store in the area, period! They have one of the best managers, their team is flawless and the cashiers/workers there do a great job and know what they're talking about. If they don't have an item in the store that you're looking, they will keep you posted on when they get that item. Their service is incredible, the items and categories of stuff they have is fantastic and they have amazing prices too. Read moreI went in here with 2 xbox 360 and multiple games. Both Xbox 360s had 250gb hard drives each when I took them in. One had issues with the draw other had red lighted. Told them of issues they still said they would look at them. I waited until they finished and got what they wouldn't buy. I got home and planned to throw out the 360s after pulling the hard drives out. When I opened the side panel on the 1 that had red lighted my hard drive was missing. I was refused to be given all my money back because the games weren’t “broken” and the worker tried to rip me off with “In store credit” which wasn’t even 50% of the initial price of the games purchased.
