Broadway Baptist has experienced much turmoil and strife throughout the years. That is true, but it is also true of EVERY church seeking to follow God's path. They are not perfect, but what church is? LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT (ANY) SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE.

I attend BROADWAY BAPTIST with my family because that is the church that I call home. It is the Godly church that is bringing up my kid's in the way of the LORD. There are more ways to be a BAPTIST.

The food is awesome. The Fellowship with others in Christian is what feeds me. The Sunday school teachers ROCK from the yougest classes to the eldest ones. All grounded in HIS WORDS! The Pastors that preach, Preach the word of God. None of us are sinless, but we are a forgiving church....just as our Heavenly Father forgives us over and over.

IF YOU ARE TRULY SEARCHING FOR A CHURCH HOME THAT ACCEPTS YOU JUST LIKE YOU ARE THEN BROADWAY BAPTIST IS YOUR CHURCH. IF YOU WANT TO BE WELCOMED INTO A CHURCH FAMILY THAT YOU CAN BELIEVE IN THEN BROADWAY BAPTIST IS YOUR CHURCH. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PERFECT PLACE OF WORSHIP WITH GOD THEN BROADWAY BAPTIST IS YOUR CHURCH. OUR BUILDING HAS MANY CRACKS AND MANY FLAWS. BUT OUR CHURCH IS BUILT ON A FIRM FOUNDATION AND GOD IS WITH US IN THIS CHURCH. COME AND SEE WHAT...

In an effort to inform the public, I am writing a review of this place. The review section is not an advertising section. It is a place for us to have our voice heard (or words read). My previous review was deleted. So, I am writing a review once again.

This church teaches things that require a very open mind to consider. It is odd that such a modern and contemporary "message" would come from a Baptist church in Fort Worth, housed in such an austere building. The people inside still wear the robes and follow tradition, but the words they speak are strange.

This group supports the idea that men should be, and can be, women. Likewise, this groups believes that women are men, if they choose. You would call this belief system progressive. If this is what you are into, then this church is for you.

I met the staff here and the preacher. The preacher gave me the creeps. They are all highly educated, and there is a clear hierarchy of tough people.

I am not writing this post to the people who work for the church. Instead, this message is for a person looking to worship. They should know what they are going into before being blindsided by "agendas" of social...

This inclusive all-welcoming faith community is one of the organizations that reminds me of the pure power of goodness that religious institutions can deliver to a community. Broadway Baptist stands in a league all their own for being a safe, welcoming, generous, active community of kindhearted believers. Their pastor Ryon Price leads the way with his strong voice for social justice, inclusion, and morality. He, like so many of the worlds best known faith leaders such as Martin Luther King Jr, Dalai Lama, Mother Teresa, and more holds himself to a standard of walking what he talks. A regular visitor to the Tarrant County Commissioners Court, Ryon seeks to support fair, ethical and safe treatment for those who are navigating the criminal justice system. Others who work and volunteer at the church follow suit with a myriad of community programs from clothing and food distribution to free public concerts of their Van Cliburn Rilda Bee O'Bryan organ. As a Jewish woman with a long history in the Near Southside, I often find myself sitting in the pews of Broadway Baptist as a community member even if not a congregant. This faith-community is an...
