I never owned or even put on a pair of boots until I was forced to at work almost 2 years ago. Now they will forever be considered my favorite shoe to wear. They are the most reliable, they will last the longest, and they can take a beating and still be in perfect shape. The reason this is receiving a three star is because I explain this to you so call professional who work there and told them what size boot I got into years ago, but the style that this bill is the second pair, is different there for it fits on my foot differently and it needs to be wider. I had to go back three times for a bigger size because I made the mistake of not trying them on in the store and then holding on to him. After I would try them on he would walk away go grab a box and they would already be in there. So after finally corrected my mistake and having to pay an additional $200 because of the size increase, I now have an amazing pair of boots if I'm gonna be honest. Which is why I gave this a three star rating because it is still the best. Boots I've never bought or had but the way I had to go about getting them did not make me happy. I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking to buy a pair of boots weather there first or their hundredth. And make sure you keep a very good close eye out for it when you were going it is a hole in the wall kind of place and you can pass it...
Read moreI come to Fort Worth every year for the Chris Kyle Memorial Benefit. Every year I visit this store and buy a pair or two of boots. I am very hard on my boots and wear them for work and leisure. I have a weird arch and regular shoes or work boots just plain hurt my feet. Anyway every time I visit the store I find helpful friendly smiles. This year an extremely nice saleswoman listened to me about how hard I am on my boots and recommended I try some Justin work boots.....I told her I had tried other brands before and she said let’s just try a pair on......wow! She was right. I got a pair of the work ropers with a steel toe even and they have the right arch a cushioned insole and so far they are just as comfortable as my regular boots. So I bought a pair of boots to replace the pair I wore out in the last year. Another successful trip to the Justin outlet. One note to Justin Boots. I was really surprised when I tried on a pair of boots that were inexpensive and really uncomfortable.....they didn’t feel right. I looked in the label and saw MADE IN CHINA.....maybe it’s just me but as a disabled veteran, I hate to see fine AMERICAN brands with a tag that says made in China. Please employ Americans.....there are plenty of veterans looking for work after 20 years of war. Anyway thanks for the great products that wear the made in...
Read moreA little confused as to what happened to this location. Growing up in Fort Worth I loved coming here as a kid, but as I’m leaving the store today I’m saddened to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. I walked into the store and no one greeted me (usually that’s not something I care about), however, they also did not ask if I needed any help or verbally acknowledge me at all the entire time I was in the store. Not even a goodbye or thank you as we walked past the men at the register. The staff greeted everyone else walking in so I knew it wasn’t because they were busy. I’m unsure as to why this was the case and hoping it wasn’t because of the fact I look a little different than their normal clientele or the fact my partner (a woman) has a buzz cut hairstyle, but considering the awkward and judgmental eye contact the staff made towards my partner I’m leaning towards that may have been the case. I thought Justin was a brand for everyone but the staff here just didn’t make it feel that way. Extremely sad my last time at this establishment was a...
