Diamond Nails — Attraction in Fort Worth

I love the work done here, to the point I will drive from far away just to get my nails done here. I’ve gone to the more “upscale” places and those other places never really care about customer satisfaction, it’s really just them trying to get your money and rush you out. I’ve literally come here and waited in line for a long time just because I know they’re THAT good! There is however one man that works here that has a bad attitude most of the time but I just don’t deal with him and I’m good.

This is the only place that offers the nail tips I prefer, and the prices are every reasonable to the point I’m able to tip my nail tech very nicely.

I recently went elsewhere because they were open later than diamond nails and I regretted it very much. The other place had good google reviews but the service was TERRIBLE.

I recommend diamond nails to everyone I know, the girls here really give you what you want and care about your satisfaction with your service.

Would not recommend. My nails are literally bumpy like road gravel. Came in to a staff that did not know when they were at full capacity, they kept skipping over people that had been waiting for hours for people that had just walked in and would blatantly ignore clients when questioned about this. I was left for nearly an hour and a half with half-removed acrylic on my hand and was shot down when I asked when they would finish my hand. After waiting for that long, they sent me to a girl who mocked me for not wanting detail or my nails too long. The whole acrylic process took five minutes because she rushed so much. She did not bother to remove the acrylic from my previous set or even file it down evenly, leaving me with bumpy nails. She did the acrylic beads so fast that they were drippy and falling all over my nails, and then buffed the acrylic and painted the top coat RIGHT over all the debris left from buffing. Don't...

I was trying out them out because my husband barbershop is right next door. They are very racist. If you are a black person please don’t come here they act like you don’t exist. And I hate spending money with people that don’t appreciate me or have good customer service. I came to get my nails and toes done for my maturity shoot & I was going to get my nails done too but the service and energy was so poor I decided to just get my toes. Very rude and will ignore you. I walked in when they just opened at 10am they had me waiting 10 minutes just to get serviced just because they wanted to make sure this Mexican lady was being serviced top notch. I love my nails shop they are located in Dallas. But I will never come back here! And it smells...
