I love this place just over the weekend was by worse experience me and my husband and kids are just looking at shoes . While I notice a man pacing back and forth no badge for me to think he was security. I just thought he was a creapy guy so I've just payy attention on him since he made me uncomfortable. Until we we're about to leave the man was at the front check out and kept staring at me and my daughter while my husband and son was already outside waiting on me . The so called security guy that wasn't a badge . Ask me to stop and stay where I was , confused I was. He wouldn't tell me why . Until my husband comes back asking what's going on , we had no diaper bag or my purse . I had a see through basket and he had nerve to say if my husband put back the pair of shoes he was looking at ? We had nothing and they kept accusing us for taking shoes.while looking up and down at him while he wearing dirty old shoes . They finally let us go after wasting there time not yet we get apology for there mistake accusing us. This was our first store we stop at to shop at was very upsetting for someone to accuse us for something...
Read moreAll the employees are so cute and friendly. I walked in scarfing down some fruit as I walked in and I immediately made eye contact with the security guard. I felt like a kid caught with their hand in the cookie jar. I didn’t even ask if I could bring food in…I was too hungry. He must have noticed. He smiled and said “as long as you don’t make a mess” gave me tissues he had at the front. I promised I wouldn’t and he just smiled. The ladies at the cash register are always Nice too. They understand the dilemma of “do I really need these but they’re such a good price” they never try to talk me into getting the items they just converse while I think it over and because of that… I usually buy what I don’t need. Everyone seems to like working there based on their wonderful customer service. Plus this place is always clean. I can’t seem to find the pattern but some days shoe prices are better than others along with selection. It’s a hit or miss type of place. But when it’s a hit be aware this place can be a threat to...
Read moreThis is a dying mall, we came because we had free tickets to Seaquest and wanted to see what else was around. That being said, there is no entrance from inside the mall itself. The easiest way to is to go up the hill and park at the only entrance. Since we were already in the mall, it was an ordeal since there is only one sign with minimal information. In the end we had to go up the stairs, go all the way to the right hand side exit, down the long corridor and past the mall management office. After that, you have to walk out past a second set of doors to go outside. If you turn left you can see the parking lot to the Dillards. It was a hassle to get to and since we had bags from another shop the security guard stopped us as soon as we walked in to ask for our receipts. There were lots of deals and if you purchase anything the bag is taped shut and everything is final sale. Definitely...
