iFixandRepair - Fort Worth Jacksboro Hwy Walmart — Attraction in Fort Worth

I was misled the whole time I was there. First I was told that it was going to be 10 minutes to get my part for just getting my screen fixed. And that it was going to be $170 even though I only paid $130 for this phone. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place cuz this is a phone I needed for work so I had to pay. After I paid him then THE part's not going to be there for 45 minutes to an hour and that he's only fixing my screen. And not the back of my phone which usually when they do fix your screen fo $160 +they give you a new backing and they just transfer your motherboard and stuff inside over to that. Come to find out I'm only get my screen fixed for the same price I'm getting less new parts. I told him that I should be payong less and they try to change the subject saying that he's fixing my problem. Which is ridiculous! I let it go because I was late I was on the clock working come to find out the part didn't get there for an hour and 15 minutes. Then he tries to take out my SIM card with some precision little screwdriver says he can't get my SIM card out he doesn't even have the key for the SIM card that comes with all phones. Did get my phone finally fixed but everything everything was a bad experience! Then he had told me I was getting a free screen protector. At the end when I asked for it he said he didn't have one for my phone.Do not bring your phone here this is the second time they've screwed me. The first time my other phone didn't even work anymore The only reason I got it fixed this time is because after my GPS brought me to this establishment I didn't realize it was in Walmart the same one that had messed up my phone the first time but I was working and had to get my phone fixed. Will never ever ever go back to one of these places again. The guy was nice but a man is only as good as his word and as soon as I paid everything changed.And then the guy had the audacity to try to give himself five stars off of my phone and I had to take the phone away from him before he could do that and so I can write my own true review! That should be illegal. This is more likely the reason why they have five stars...

Warning. The folks are not electronic professionals by any stretch and have no clue with what they are doing.

I recently dropped off my device with these guys for a repair job and they said it would be ready for pick up later the same day. They never contacted me. I gave them the benefit of a doubt that repairs were still going on and waited a few days before I called back. They said my device was still being worked on and that they would call when ready. They never contacted me. I waited yet again for a few days for an update and when I called back they once again said my device was not ready and that they would call when ready. After waiting another week or so and with still zero updates or contact from these guys I called once again and was told my device was now fixed and ready for pick up. I came in the next day and spoke to the clerk behind the counter. This dude literally had no idea who he was or why he was there. He searched around the store for my device, found it under the front counter, and then told me my device had not yet been repaired. When I complained about the delays the clerk put me on the phone with regional supervisor “Michael Sidman” (fake name, maybe?) who said he would call me back in a few hours with a repair update. Five minutes later “Michael (or Mike as he said he liked to be called) telephoned and said my device could not be repaired and that he would only refund me “54 or 55%” of the full amount that I had already forked over. After wasting over two weeks of my time and a couple of hundred bucks with these people I walked away empty handed and with a device that was still not fixed.

Again, these folks don’t know what they are doing and they also have absolutely the worst customer service! Hell, they have zero customer service. If you want someplace to go where you can waste your time and give away your money with no expectations this is the place for you. You’ve...

Took my IPad here to see how expensive it would be to fix the screen which was extremely broken and the price here was far cheaper than any other place I’ve visited in Fort Worth, Austin, Kyle, and Buda. They were very quick with the fix, with the wait only being one hour and the IPad is now good as new.
