JD Sports — Attraction in Fort Worth

My first time calling to speak with the manager because I was trying to work for the company. She had a very nasty attitude towards me. I was so cheerful n joyful even asked about her day. She kept quiet. So I proceeded to ask about the manager position, because I ran champs for four years until my store closed its gates. And the way she talked to me I hung up. Going inside the store today was not a good deal. We went in twice the first time nobody spoke to me, nobody looked up an didn’t help. So we walked out. You had about five people on one computer talking n joking amongst themselves, then u had an employee whom was just. Changing shoe laces!?? With a full store no ma’am. So we left out an went to another store. But had to come back due to them having the color slide we needed. We waited and waited I but the shoe down n walked out, my wife stayed in because she actually needed that shoe like I stated we could of gave out money to another store that give a dang about customers. It took me to walk out n say let’s go we get no help from them people. So I go out the store. If I could give 0 I would this is absolutely the worst store the associates that work there are the worst and should all be fired I came in checking in on a order I placed online I first called serval times which no one picks up once the girl finally did she put me on hold for 15 minutes I then went into the store asked about my order everyone kept saying the same thing you have to wait until you receive the email I said no I want someone to check the status of my order which none acted liked they could do I asked to cancel the order if it was unavailable they all kept lying to the point where the girl said she would call customer service she didn’t she pretended to call and said it was canceled I then called I spoke with a customer service rep who said my order was canceled within 15 minutes of me placing the order due to no stock this was something so simple and the fact that each person there was lying is absolutely ridiculous I will never come to this ghetto store again but this is what you get when you have a group of lazy no work ethic humans...

Haven't bought new shoes in a while and bought a pair to big and went back to return them the same exact day. Lady ended up giving me an attitude because I wore them the same day when I got home to try them on more but noticed they where to big by an inch so they had a little bit of dust on the bottom of the shoe. So she went to tell her manager and he excepted the exchange so they gave me the right shoe size and one of them had a dent on the toe and the other was creased from the toe looked like a used shoe like it's been worn for days it was creased up and had more dents on the side why pay for new shoes when they give you used worn...
