My daughter and I had the most memorable and wonderful experience with a sales associate, Kearah, today. Above and beyond! She is amazingly friendly, personable, and helpful. Started off by her trying everything in her power to find a particular dress over the phone. She said she would continue to look and call us back. She called us back within 10 minutes to let us know she found one but it was a different color. She set it aside for us. When we went in to try it on she also helped find perfect shoes for the dress. We made our purchase and left. Then, you know what she did? She called us to let us know we left our favorite insulated metal water bottle behind!! What?!?! Who does that? She was outstanding in all ways. Corporate are you listening?? I mean this kind of service and treatment is almost impossible to find!! Kudos to...

Terrible customer service. I went there with my mother to find a dress for the dance. My mom asked one of the employees if she could look for a bigger size in a certain dress and the lady responded with "Hold on a second." And walked off my mom waited for the lady and saw her pretending to look at clothes like she was organizing them but she was just looking at them so me and my mom went to the other side and looked over there I went over to a different side and saw the lady talking into her mic walking to the checkout where she said to her friend "They need to get out, just get out." I knew who they were talking about because the women was glaring at us and staring at us. I was so appalled me and my mom left...

Very rude horrible service with one of the dressing room attendants. After already going in a stall several times yesterday with my daughter to help her try on prom dresses, this other attendant came along and all of sudden it was a problem for me to go in and help my daughter and she continued to harass us. All day shopping and my daughter finally found one here that she wanted to buy but we did not buy, i will not spend my money to a store that can't do...
