HOLY CRAP, this guy is the BEST ever. Best service, nicest guy, super amazing overall. 100/5 stars! I got my nephew a PS5 for his birthday from antOnline and tried to set it up the night of his birthday so he could come and see it, but after a few minutes of being on, it shut off and the fan blew out like it was overheating. I tried antOnline support and they told me to go contact Microsoft?? I tried PlayStation support and they told me it was broken. I feared it was a short circuit or something. Other repair shops told me it was going to be upward of 250 and a week or so to fix. I went to Leo and he fixed it for wayyyy less of a cost and in about 30 minutes, maybe a little less. He was super nice. He apologized because Google hasn't updated their hours and they were supposed to be closed, but he took the time to look at this for me because I was desperate for my nephew to have a nice birthday surprise. Leo is so amazing I literally started crying tears of joy!!! He's so amazing. I am going to be taking my business here...

My ps5 slim ended up having a faulty chip, and then we discovered another issue. Any other repair shop would have still charged me full price but because my ps5 could not be fixed, he did not charge me for the repair since it could not be repaired (not due to his lack of ability, but just the nature of the problem - APU issue. He was able to fix the faulty chip issue).

He has 200 reviews, 99.9% are 5 stars and the worst review he has is 4 stars. This says a lot.

He also communicates well, and his automated system keeps you updated on the status your repair. Also, all my calls were answered either by him or someone else there.

I came to Rosales Duper Tech in order to try to get my sons Nintendo switch OLED fixed., it would not charge anymore. I honestly thought it would not be able to be fixed. Nonetheless I took it in and talked to Leo’s wife at the front counter and she took all my information down. She was real nice and helpful through the process. I left it there with them in the afternoon and Leo contacted me later that night and told me he was still in the process of diagnosing it. He called me the next morning with the great news that he was able to fix it and that I could come pick it up! I was so happy I was able to get my son’s switch fixed and working again. They gave me a good warranty and I was happy with the price and great service.
