My wife bought a dress here for my sons wedding by a very high pressured sales woman named Melissa another very sweet lady was assisting her to begin with until Melissa entered the picture with a dress she thought my wife would look good in and told the other lady to stop showing my wife other dresses .She told my wife that we needed to buy the dress right now in order to get it fitted in time for the wedding which is a month away. After being pressured into buying the dress right then we bought the dress. Then 2 days later my wife found out that someone else in the wedding had bought the same exact dress. We took the dress back for a refund and the store refused to refund are money and would only give my wife an In store credit knowing that they had no dresses that she liked and that this was for a wedding and she would not be looking for another dress for sometime .We understand store policy but sometimes you should use common sense when you make a decision. The dress was only out of the store 2 days and she knew the only way my wife could wear the dress was that it be altered to fit and she could see no alterations was made to the dress and we showed her the person in the other dress. This is bad business on the stores part they have lost us as a customer and we can no longer recommend this store to any one.Its a shame that this store treats there customers this way. This is not about the money it’s about principle and good business practice and good company morals. So if you shop here make sure your ok with this stores attitude towards you as a customer once they have your money they are...
Read moreIf your skin is any shade darker than vanilla, or you speak any other language besides English: RUN, CHẠY, CORRER, ETC! The lack of customer service towards minority customers is disturbing. As soon as my friends and I entered, no one greeted or offered us any assistance. It wasn't like it was busy either because the store had just opened at 10AM on Saturday, August 31, 2024. We began browsing the dresses ourselves. When a Caucasian customer walked in, I noticed she was immediately helped with finding dresses in differing sizes, style, and colors. My friends and I obviously needed help with sizing when we came out, holding up dresses because they either couldn't zip or were too large, but instead of being offered any customer service, we were ignored and only asked "Can I put this dress back" in a rushed, pushy manner. The attendant's attitude was disgusting when she found out we were there shopping for bridesmaids dresses. She didn't even offer our friend, the bride, any congratulations for getting married, just gave a confused look on why we were shopping there. It's disheartening to see such blatant discrimination. We left the store feeling very disrespected when all we wanted was to give our business. The woman responsible had medium length blonde hair and looked middle aged/older. The dresses are waaaay too expensive and pretty for her to be acting with a cheap and ugly attitude! We will NOT...
Read moreThis was the most over priced uppity place I have been while principal shopping all season. The white lady's walked past us like we were In the wrong place and since they were young I just gave them a pass. It's obvious that maturity and customer service is a challenge for some. We seemed black gloves since we have already purchased two and want to find Accessories to decide which we will wear. I saw tears in dresses that close 500 to 800 dollars there is no way I would dare make a purchase with that level of customer service. I asked if they had black gloves one lady took off but never came back Another lady when asked about Accessories told me to go to Amazon and search. I almost called her a name but I just politely said thank you and walked out. I dont encourage any one to purchase here. I'm not sure if racism played a role or just pure ignorance either way It was a disgusting experience amd the store smelled like a sewer...
