Not great by CFA standards. The staff is frequently aloof and disrespectful, and the food quality is very average compared to the exceptional taste/quantity I've come to expect at "typical Chick-Fil-A's".
On a personal note in regards to service, I have come home with to-go orders three times in the past month, only to find something missing from my order, and a week ago I purchased a half dozen cookies for my fiance and I (again, to-go) and when we got to them, we discovered they had a nasty lingering flavor of chlorine and dish soap. When I returned the remaining cookies the next day, requesting only that the cost of the half-dozen be applied to my meal order, the cashier was very clearly displeased and impatient, saying I would need my receipt for any action to be taken. I told her I didn't have it, but that my mobile bank statement would surely suffice. So she grabbed a nearby manager and explained my request. The manager glared at me like some pest that was making her day difficult, and told me the same thing. I pulled up my statement, which very clearly listed this CFA location (address and all) along with the after-tax purchase price of the half-dozen cookies. She looked at it, turned to the cashier and said "whatever, it's against policy but just give him the meal he wants".
So it was a victory for the wallet, but this location needs to improve its "sensitivity training" or whatever the company uses to make typical Chick-Fil-A businesses so friendly and inviting. Despite the additional drive time, I'll be taking my CFA-cravings to the Hawks Creek location from now on.
end entitled-sounding rant, I swear I don't do this kinda thing unless I've been...
Read moreHORRIBLE customer service. I am not one to make reviews or call people out but I am upset. The lady Debi was her name that seemed like a manager just started at me up and down as I walked up with a serious face, no greeting like HOW IT SHOULD BE, like "hi how can I help you, im sorry ill see If I can get that done" NO. I asked about my pick up order, I could not go to the pick up area because of how full it was, seriously no room to walk, the pick up area was PACKED, I was nice in explaining my concern, I was already dining in. She just kept saying I need to walk and go over there, I told her im already dining in and the drink is ready I just really cant get by, I tried too and NO nothing to help me. Ma'am this is no stewardship?? As a prior chickfla worker this is not how customer service should be done, at least TRY and make the costumer feel happy or an apology. A worker tried and kicked me out cause she thought I was from the school nearby which I am not and she asked where am I from cause they cant dine here, very rude but explained I am not from here and walked away. The lady gave us our food and said "any sauces or anything you need" very serious and said it AS she was walking away and didn't let us say anything back, like hello? Why did you ask if you weren't gonna let us answer lol. WOW just so surprised. No stewardship or serving attitude whatsoever here at this location. I am so so disappointed in a chickfla. Please do not waste your time at this location. I understand it can be busy and stressful during lunch rush but SO DISAPPOINTING. I hope the operator can relook at their employees and hire people that actually want to serve as a...
Read moreUsually this a great location, I just have an issue with one person’s perfessionalism. This is what happened: My name is Terry Green. I came in to pick up a deliver order around 2'o clock pm on Saturday, May 4th,2024. When I walked into the store nobody greeted me at all. When I approached the counter I showed the worker my online order. This is the lady I have an issue with. She is a short Hispanic lady, probably in her mid 30's older 40's. She immediately starts to hand me the order. After I received the food portion of the order, showed her my phone while confirming the order. Then lady then gets nasty towards me; she pointed at my phone aggressively; then she said in a disgusting manner, "next time wait before you confirm". I don't understand the issue if she saw the order and saw me confirm the order. So I said " it don't matter," because she saw me confirm the order. Her facial expression was unwelcoming, so I decided to leave in a hurry to avoid confrontation. While walking away, I was about 15 feet from her. She yelled out to me, "It matters to this company," in a negative way showing aggression and bad attitude. This caused me to forget the drinks, because I didn't feel at ease. While walking away, she's saying "Remember his face, "don't give him not more deliveries," "he can't deliver for us no more." I feel this was very unprofessional, and I shouldn't be punished for a Chic-fil-a worker's ability to not control her emotions at work. She completely escalated a friendly conversation to an altercation that could have been completely avoided. Very unprofessional...
