This Happy Lemon location opened last year 2018 in Foster City. The serve milk tea, teas, and slushies. They are well known for their salted cheese series of drinks which is a cheese foam on top of the teas. Of my favorites wpuld br mango orange milk tea and mango matcha slushie. The mango orange includes mango jam and orange zest that gives it a great blend of flavors. The mango matcha includes tiny chunks of mango. Happy lemon is one of my top milk tea drinl places in the Peninsula. On par with Boba Guys, but serving a different style of milk teas. In foster city it is much better than comparables like tpumps (just syrup and water). I would definitely recommend and come back.

All I ever want is to live life with zest. And I’ve been to a lot of bubble place and experience what a great bubble tea taste like. So let’s begin this new bubble tea review. Happy Lemon is a global Bubble Tea Franchise established in China in 2006. Happy Lemon spans around the world in over 1500 locations It is one of the few Bubble Tea brands that is publicly traded in the world. This specific location was in Foster City. It’s small but has indoor and outdoor seats. I ordered their Passionfruit green tea with boba pearl and a classic waffle. The drink was utterly sweet (50% sweetness) and the taste was subpar to other boba tea house. Moreover, the waffle was warm, soft and puffy. I’d say the drink was a true lemon due to its poor quality. Service was average. Prices were inexpensive. I didn’t enjoy my tea drink and end up tossing it halfway. However, the waffle was average. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this Happy Lemon bubble tea store.

I'm giving a one-star, because there was a piece of hair in my tea (Yuck!). From a sanitation standpoint, this is a big no-no for eateries. When I called numerous times to tried talking to a manager about this issue, nobody ever picked up the phone; and there was no voicemail. In terms of the taste, the teas were mediocre. The snacks were surprisingly good, although a little too pricey compared to other tea stores. No toppings came with the teas; each topping would cost $0.75 or $1.00. The store looked clean. But I think they should change the store name to "Unhappy Lemon"--all the staff looked unhappy (they were courteous but impatient), and I am certainly an unhappy customer. I do not recommend this place.

We love Happy Lemon from this location; so we always come back to order drinks and original bubble waffles. The recent visit, it was very disappointed; the waffles were soggy not like before it was crispy; we mentioned the first time; they did not do anything. We mentioned it again because we ordered 3 of them... finally they said; we ll make a new one; unfortunately only one got replaced.... Please check your bubble waffles before you give them to customers to make sure it is not soggy at the bottom....

I had the post 8:30pm cravings for a cake-like Asian dessert. But wait - Beard Papa, Mochinuts and Paris Baguette are closed at this time of day. What to do? Came here and got a bubble waffle with a dipping sauce (taro puff cream). No regrets! It scratched the cake itch and it was so delicious. It's like Mochinuts doughnuts meets waffles, the texture is rather mochi-like. The taro puff cream was decent too. Thank you Happy Lemon! I never thought your non-boba items would be this good. I'll be back ;)

My experience wasn't great at this location it was disappointing trash cans were overflow, customer service was horrible I had made a online order I waited on the area dedicated where people get there ordered then was told to go to the regular line waited in line just to be told to wait were I had initially started, my order was have completed, and wrong told a young girl the a ingredient was missing and gave me an attitude.
