Happy Lemon is a global Bubble Tea Franchise established in China in 2006. Happy Lemon spans around the world in over 1500 locations It is one of the few Bubble Tea brands that is publicly traded in the world. This specific location was in Foster City. It’s small but has indoor and outdoor seats. I ordered their Passionfruit green tea with boba pearl and a classic waffle. The drink was utterly sweet (50% sweetness) and the taste was subpar to other boba tea house. Moreover, the waffle was warm, soft and puffy. I’d say the drink was a true lemon due to its poor quality. Service was average. Prices were inexpensive. I didn’t enjoy my tea drink and end up tossing it halfway. However, the waffle was average. Overall, I definitely do not recommend this Happy Lemon bubble tea store.
