Curry Pizza House Foster City — Restaurant in Foster City

I usually get my pizzas here a lot; it’s good but unfortunately their customer support is not helpful whatsoever. I always order through their website through a made account

For some reason after countless orders today they put my order to their San Mateo location. I don’t notice till I go to the foster city location because that’s where it’s always ordered from before.

San Mateo won’t refund as the pizza is already made and the foster city location doesn’t do anything either.

So okay food but no customer service/support watch to see if the website changes your default

Edit: This is for their response back to me. I have attached a screenshot of my emails of how often I have ordered from them from the past three months.

I even switched from doordash to their own website to support them; however, they cant take accountability that their system switched my default ordering to San Mateo.

I will not order from this place again because they cant risk losing "26" dollars which by the way I ORDERED AGAIN AT FOSTER CITY...

Great pizza place with awesome people working there.

I had a curry chicken masala pizza and a mango lassi to go late at night and was on my way back to my car. When I put the mango lassi on top of my car to grab my keys, it fell off and splashed into myself and my car. I would’ve just shrugged it off and left it to bad luck but someone, the owner I presume, saw me out in the parking lot as it happened and offered me another one for free. He even offered me a towel to clean up after myself and my car!

I denied it as I had my own towels in the car but he still continued to ask if I was sure. What else can I say except the people working here are absolutely exceptional and I would be happy to come back just for the...

Happened to wander by this place after visiting the Foster City Library. What Luck! Great menu with plenty of vareity without having too many options. You don't need a 12-page menu to create a quality eating experience. The place is clean, organized, has a couple of big screens to watch whatever sports may be going on, but what I enjoyed most was the Lunch Special. A personal sized pizza with a drink for under $15?!?? What's not to love. The bonus is, the pizza is VERY tasty as well.
