Red Door Escape Room - Foxboro — Attraction in Foxborough

I had a great time, and my group really enjoyed the escape room experience! I was ready to give a 5-star review, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the birthday package I purchased. The package included a free pizza, a birthday cake, and 1 hour in a party suite. However, after I paid and completed the escape room, I was informed that the birthday package wasn’t available at this specific location.

I had booked everything over the phone using the phone number for this location, so I really wish I had been told beforehand. It was disappointing to find out after I spent my money and complete the room.

Other than that, it was a very fun experience. I would recommend clarifying the availability of birthday packages on the website or during the booking process to avoid confusion in the future.

I was very hesitant to try Red Door Escape Room due to my children being 8 and 10, however, it was such an amazing experience! We did the Enchanted room, and my children and I were able to escape with 1 minute to spare! The kids LOVED the puzzles!! We were able to access unlimited hints, and apart from one portion of the room being a bit difficult for them, they really enjoyed the story and how the clues were mostly sequential! Our leader Sophie has a gift for interacting with kids, she knew exactly how to make sure this escape room experience was EXTRA magical and fun!!!! We loved it so much, we booked another escape room immediately after! So much fun, family appropriate, not scary for kiddos, and truly a unique experience that we are still talking about the next day :) We are looking forward to trying more rooms!! If you are on the fence, don't hesitate!...

First of all - the staff was amazing despite being understaffed that day. Nick also was a great guide.

That being said it took over 30 minutes for us to be taken to our room from our scheduled time after having to be swapped for down time.

For their hardest room, The Relic, the 45 minutes felt a bit rushed but had decent immersion, story, varied puzzles, and was well sign posted for the most part for a single room experience. I will say though there is a part of the experience that may not be for you if you're sensitive to scents. Overall was a good experience - but I think their hardest room would benefit from having the extra typical 60 minutes that most other escape rooms have.
