Was here late afternoon on a Sunday with my wife and 2 children. Found some fair style cotton candy and picked up a few items. Overall enjoyable shopping experience, but between the dirty restrooms (restrooms need to be cleaned throughout the day, not just once a day) and the owner literally SCREAMING over and over again on the intercom about booth rentals being due, those two things especially were a bit off-putting. Then he started announcing NAMES of people who hadn't paid their booth rentals. How embarrassing for the vendors who are keeping your doors open! If there is a rental issue, you need to handle it diplomatically like any other rental business by serving a written notice, not calling people out over a loud speaker. Maybe one day someone will call YOU out over the speaker for your dirty restrooms. Would you like that? Very tacky.
Anyway we will be back since we had some great experiences with the vendors inside, just not unfortunately with the management/owner of the building.
Owner - I appreciate your response, but you never addressed the issue of the constant screaming over the speaker about booth rentals. Also I was informed since this posting that if rent is not paid that you actually LOCK OUT your dealers from their booths and any personal affects contained in their booth, which is not only a bit extreme but also ILLEGAL! You MUST serve WRITTEN NOTICE if you are intending to evict a tenant, not lock them out and separate them from their personal property without any written notice. This is STEALING, and you have no legal...
Read moreIt’s fun to shop here. I’ve returned many times. I have found some great deals. I have done a lot of research and found out things about these places and how they get their inventory, so I do not feel guilty when I offer 1/4 of their asking price.
The guy who sells the cell phone cases out front is overpriced. Check Amazon before you buy from him.
The jewelry store in there is overpriced as well. I was looking at a bracelet and the lady was asking $200. I talked her down to $60. NEVER accept the first price! They will say things like, “Only for you, 10% off,” to make you feel special, but do not fall for it. Stand your ground.
Also, be aware of some of the products. There was a guy there trying to sell me a pair of counterfeit Nikes that were clearly fake. He didn’t know that I knew they were fake so I asked how much just to see what he’d say. He said $85. This was for a pair of Air Force 1’s that I can get authentic at Finish Line for $60, and he was trying to get $85. Screw that.
KNOW WHAT YOU ARE BUYING. Do your research on how to identify fake and counterfeit products...
Read moreClean and well organized. All around nice people. One lady gave out hotwheels cars to kids. About 50 percent of the building is Mexican clothing and items. Several phone accessory vendors. A few vendors had video games one vendor $20 N64 games no matter what game it was. Another vendor looked like all games were $15 and up. Not too much stood out here. They do have another area that I guess is a consignment shop. It has several cases you have to ask a employee to unlock which is somewhat of a hassle but some better bargains were back there. Not a bad flea market but it's more Mexican items than anything. If you have a interest in that then it's perfect for you. I'm more about old video games and toys. You will find some vendors selling the store returns. People are nice and clean building just don't expect a large variety! May visit in the summer to see how the outside vendors are. They...
