Charles Morin Fine Art Gallery — Attraction in Fredericksburg

I am honored to have experienced the greatness of this gallery and the wonderful gentleman there, Charlie! Charlie went out of his way to assist my niece and I and was extremely well versed in all things art! We bought a beautiful bowl from him and he knew all the history of the piece, which really made our purchase even more special. He also gave us some history of some other pieces in his gallery and I wish we could have spent more time there. After coming back from our trip, Charlie reached out to me and alerted me that some of our items were left behind and he offered to ship them to us! Charlie is a fantastic individual who knows his stuff and has beautiful pieces for all sorts of tastes. Please do yourself a favor and visit him, you won’t regret making the stop!

We visited the Charles Morin Gallery during a recent trip to Fredericksburg. One of the nicest galleries in town. Many beautiful works of art in the gallery, mostly western themed, landscape nature/animal paintings, abstract art. Also has a collection of beautiful silver-coated saddles, very high-ticket items. Many smaller works, more within the average budget as well, holsters, pottery, etc. Top-notch art gallery if this genre is your interest. Fun to walk through regardless! This Gallery is easy to overlook being at the quiet end of Main. You definitely should make the walk down past the park to visit. There is collectible original art from well known artists and some who will be. They also have some unusual items like parade saddles with sterling silver accents.
