Global Threadz & Thrifts — Attraction in Fredericksburg

This store is a MUST for any shopper!! I’ve been coming to this store since it’s opening and I moved twice away but each time I would visit Fredericksburg to see my family this is an essential stop! The owners also know EXACTLY what they are selling, they are so knowledgeable about practically every piece. The knowledge itself is honestly worth something lol

I don’t see how you wouldn’t like an environment that is so welcoming. It really is so cool to just be in the store and just look at the pieces and talk. The staff is outstanding at making you feel welcome here and I genuinely like buying from stores like this where you are more than happy to support and then you also walk away with some really awesome pieces. You also don’t feel that pressure of needing to buy something and they genuinely make it feel that way.

I cant stress enough how much I love the knowledge of what’s in the store when the store consistently has new pieces. This isn’t just some normal vintage shop of random things, it’s a shop who sells constantly quality vintage clothes and accessories and cares about what they are selling!!

Each time I am in town and I have friends With me this is exactly where we go because I know they will find something and at a GREAT PRICE! The prices are so good for what you are getting. Some pieces are so rare and still priced great! This store has stuff priced for someone casually stopping in looking for “thrift” prices and then people coming in looking more sought after vintage pieces still priced extremely well. If you are looking for a wardrobe makeover or just one thing, you just found the perfect store because of how well they curated the store. You can build a SICK wardrobe of a few really cool pieces for a STEAL!!!

Lastly I would have to recommend to follow them on Instagram for what’s new but also because of an event they put on called thrift world which has tons of vintage vendors from all over come for a big event where there is everything!!!!

To me that shows how incredibly humble and just dope the owners are to do that in the town that their own store is in.

I tried offering them a variety of high quality items that were clean and in excellent condition and they didnt accept any of it. I started with New balance 990's, then 2 polo shirts, as well as a pair of jordan retro 5's that have not been worn at all. I even tried offering him a pair of black and white Van's that haven't even left the shoebox since I got them. I've been to the shop before and no offense, but the stuff I offered him were in better condition than the stuff hes selling to people. The fact that you're saying you're a small mom when you have a partner that also accepts clothing of suitable style and condition makes you look a certain way as well. Your partners opinion matters just as much as yours so it doesnt matter if judgement came from you. You both run the store, meaning if he didnt accept my clothing then you wouldnt either most likely. And I dont waste my time with people who dont even bother using their heads that brand new clothing that you two sell in your store was rejected if not in better...
