Great and friendly service in an absolutely beautiful store! Never owned anything that was made by this designer only the perfume. Everything is always so expensive and I simply could never afford anything. This outlet store had a purse that my fiancĆ© felt was reasonable priced and after forcing me to not just pick a purse out but to really love this purse as well, I have to admit it was worth it! I’ve had it about a month now and I am very happy with how well it has done! Had a scare when cranberry juice got spilled and splashed onto the side of my purse, however, it wiped off right quick with no left over stains! Very very happy with the purchase and would recommend every woman to own at least one!

I've been going to this store for 20 years and generally have had good experiences. I first look for discounted full retail bags on clearance, as the quality of the bags made for the outlet has varied over time. Since I'm aware of the fiction they try to palm off on the uninitiated (priced like first quality, made specifically for outlet sale with cheaper quality materials), I felt comfortable in assessing what I was paying for, and mostly don't buy outlet specific stuff. However, the quality of the outlet made stuff seemed to be improving and I decided to buy an outlet made hobo style bag for everday use. THE LINK ATTACHING THE HANDLE TO THE BAG BROKE AFTER TEN DAYS OF USE. It appears to be made of either a plastic or very poor grade metal. I'M DONE, NEVER AGAIN.

Update 3/18/21: this store seemed to be improving and they occasionally carry 1st retail products discounted. There came along two very good sales reps who were attentive to both what they were doing and how a customer was treated. They have recently departed.

In March I bought a 1st quality wallet at a discount. When the store receives this sort of merchandise, they retag it. In this case, the tag was wrong. It was the tag of a wallet looking nothing like what I bought and was $75 higher in price, meaning that I was overcharged when the discount was figured. The person waiting on me was a seasoned employee who should have known the difference but never checked anything and didn’t seem to care, just throwing the wallet in a bag. I had to ask that it be wrapped. I discovered this overcharge ten days later and returned the wallet, going an hour out of my way to do so. The asst mgr didn’t think it was a big deal but did make the return. When I complained about the overcharge and the inconvenience, all I got was Sorry about that. I asked for a comp gift card and was told, Oh I don’t about that. When I got home, I called coach outlet directly and got a better answer. The actual manager of the store, whom I’ve known for many years, never reached out.

I hate to say it, but the attitude at this store now is completely indifferent to the customer. So, BUYER BEWARE. Check everything before you buy, including going online to make sure the tag number fits the item, then do the discount calculations yourself. Better yet as far as I’m concerned, go online and order directly from the company. Coach Outlet stores are tourists traps...

I was shopping here for my mom and wanted to perfect gift. I was helped by five different associates who were amazing!! A helpful girl with red hair, a really polite girl with shorter blonde hair, a friendly gentleman with brown hair, an amazingly kind woman who is a POC, and a wonderfully helpful and thoughtful woman (I asked for her name but I unfortunately forget her name :( I'll call and write another review where I'll put her name) who helped me most of the time choose the perfect purse and wallet for my Mom. I left and came back THREE separate times and they were so patient and diligent with me each time and didn't act annoyed at all! There was a gentleman who held and opened the door for us, which was so amazing! It made my experience feel like a million bucks. It felt nice to be pampered (lol!) as someone who doesn't ever make large purchases. I'll definitely be back just for the service! Such amazing associates and service provided especially during this stressful time during the holidays! Please, if the manager sees this, please give the associates a raise, they deserve it! I'm sure there were many people there who made purchases because of their...

Really don’t leave reviews, especially bad, but I can’t get this out of my mind. I went in last weekend with the hope to get a nice bag for myself. I walked past 3 different associates that didn’t say a word. They barely looked at me. Whatever, maybe they were just hired to stare at the door. I was picking up bags and handling them. Still none of the people working came over to check how I was getting on. I had to ask someone for help and he gave me the most lack luster service and then just walked away. After I had finally picked something out (by myself) and walked around for a bit. A really nice girl came and checked on me. Didn’t catch her name but she was a POC. She is the reason I spent any money at all. Probably won’t go back. Maybe just to get her some sales. I felt very dissatisfied with the service I received. I would be happy to give them another chance if they get some sense and maybe show even the tinniest...
