Khorasan Market — Attraction in Fremont

This place has the worst customer service! I had bought a pot from them and when I tried it out, the quality was really bad. I immediately called the store to let them know but they kept making excuses that the owner isn't here call back later. I called later and they said call tomorrow, I called tomorrow and they said call in 2 days. This kept going on and when I finally got a hold of the owner trying to explain the defective products they sell at the store, he hung up on me. I wasn't expecting to get a refund, I just wanted to let them know. I would never shop at the store ever again and I am advising my family and friends not to shop there either. After reading some bad reviews I still wanted to give it a shot because of positive reviews and found it positive the prices are cheaper and meat is excellent and fresh not like other stores who claim to sell fresh but they sell u frozen i would recommend all to get from this store and choose the meat u want in display if you dont find what u wanted ask them they have...

They advertise cheaper prices and charge way more.... $4 for just one pound of chicken breast and the owner cashier is a kiss ass guy just want you to buy his old outdated products.... avoid this place by all means because his products are not fresh and way expensive.
