I used to shop at this Target A LOT. I used to spend several hundred dollars a week when I did my shopping. A few years ago, I dropped my car keys in the store and didn't notice until after paying for my cart full of items. I was pregnant and had a 1 year and an 11 year old with me. I went to the customer service counter to ask for help. They told me it was "against their policy" to radio their team members to ask for assistance in checking their store areas. I had already walked through checking my previous route in the store, twice, and couldn't find them. I informed the customer service associates of this and they repeated that they wouldn't help me. I had to return all of my items at the counter since I had no way to get them home. No apology, no "we'll keep an eye out for your keys", nothing. I didn't step foot in that store again for over 2 years. They obviously don't appreciate their customers. I decided to try again recently. BIG MISTAKE. I had an issue and they had me speak to their supervisor, Cassandra. I can now see why their customer service is so terrible. She keeps a sweetly fake tone throughout the entire conversation, but she is extremely rude and dismissive. I don't know how she got her job, but it definitely wasn't because of her customer service skills. I will never spend my money at this location again, and I recommend that none of you do either. Read moreWas told that we had to order online to receive dscount but that it woould be ready for pickup within 2 hours. So I ordered at 6:50 pm. When I went back to tell person I ordered it, they were gone and i was told that it would be ready tomorrow. I told them the website said and still says as I type, ready within 2 hours, but it is not ready. I had the product in hand and there was plenty available, but no one ever processed my order, no one called and I had to go back home when I had my only chance to get some things. DONT TRUST TARGET IN PEARLAND. When they tell you something, they dont honor it. I think they are cutting staffing costs and sent the sales person home so my order, which is still showing "Processing" on the web site, right next to the promise of "Ready within 2 hours", is still waiting to be processed for the customer who made the purchase while she had one evening to get things done, because the salesperson promised and the website promised ready within 2 hours, was just not a concern to the Pearland Target. What a shame. I will remember next time and warn everyone I can to not waste your time like I did. Now I dont have anyone to cover for me until a couple of weeks. I placed an online order for an item that was in stock when I placed my order, completed all my check out process, money was taken out of my bank, and later, my order was cancelled by Target. I could have bought this item elsewhere for the same price but I chose Target because I am your loyal customer. Target cancelled my order when i can no longer get it anywhere else. I spoke with two customer service agents who have offered no resolution to help, and have basically told me for lack of better words oh well. Also they explained to me that even if i completed check out process, it’s their right to cancelled my order at their will. This is unacceptable to me, I cannot believe this is how Target treats their patrons, especially one that spends as much as I do at your store on a regular basis. This was a christmas gift for my mother , and now I am at a complete loss. I have always held Target to a higher standard, especially when it comes to customer service, which is way I spend my money there as oppose to other big box stores.
