I am very disappointed with experience at this location tonight. My girlfriend and I went to the Whataburger drive thru at night a little before it closed inside due to COVID. Of course we went through the drive through and we made two separate orders, one was for me and her and then another for her mom. We went through the drive through no problem and the lady received our order. It took a little while but we finally made it to the window, which was past 9:00pm, so they had to close inside. The order for her mom came up fine but ours was messed up. Our order should have come out to about $19 but instead we were charged for someone else’s order for about $30. We called attention to the error but the payment had already been made. I went inside to get the problem resolved and only ran into more problems. First of all the employees were getting way too close for comfort and were not minding social distancing regulations which is unacceptable. And secondly, they were completely unprepared to give a refund. They first had me pay for my actual order and after half an hour of debate and bringing out more managers they finally figured out how to give me a refund. They decided to just give me the cash for the other order I didn’t not get. I was given nothing for the thirty minutes of trouble to correct their mistake. Our food got cold in the car and my girlfriend had to wait for the whole thirty minutes. It was a waste of time and these people should know how to give refunds in a reasonable amount of time. This is very unprofessional and they should have been trained better. I have the name of the general manager at the time as well as the cashiers. I will not disclose it here but needless to say I am disappointed with this management team. I go to Whataburger quite often and I have never experienced untrained employees like this. Read moreIf I could give them zero stars I would. We had two separate orders on the drive thru and they got them switched up and messed them up. Didn’t give me the correct size of fries and made us wait 10 minutes for the correct size. Then they forgot my drink so we pulled forward so they could get the line down. We waited for over 10 minutes before I decided to walk in and ask for my drink. They haven’t even made it yet and they gave me a cup and I had to do it myself. We were there for over 30 minutes and the staff was so rude as if we were inconveniencing them. When I was inside asking for my drink, the male walked away from me as I was talking. At the drive thru the ladies kept interrupting us walking away while we were explaining the situation. The night shift always manages to mess up my order but tonight was just terrible. Will not be going back. By far the worst experience. Staff was so disrespectful and rude. Also I forgot to mentioned, one of the ladies coughed very loudly into her hands then handled my food. And she wasn’t wearing a mask. That is absolutely disgusting especially with covid and other sicknesses and I get sick very easily. I am absolutely disgusted and feel disrespected by this whole experience. I understand maybe some places are understaffed and have stress. But I used to be in fast food and we were understaffed yet I always treated customers with respect and handled situations. And they had a lot of workers in there so it looked pretty well staffed for me. I love whataburger but I’m never going back. Especially to this location because they ALWAYS are rude and handle things poorly....

Lol...I went there about 2 months ago in the late afternoon and I will admit they were moderately busy. Some lady in front of me was allowed to place a HUGE order at the drive-thru window as I sat there for 12 minutes and watched my order in a sack wait there by the window ahead of me. This person should have been told to go inside of the building. The fries tasted as if they were from the day prior and the entire meal was COLD. I went inside and basically left the food on the counter with the Manager when I was told I was going to have to wait even longer.
Yesterday, I went and repeated my order 4 times (Cheeseburger, Lg. Fries, Chocolate shake). The place was moderately busy. The person taking my order was rude and impatient, but I ignored this. I arrived at the first window to pay and was told "She hasn't sent your order over." So, I proceeded to the 2nd window and was called back to the first window. Luckly, I was able to back up. I repeated my order and it was not correct. Therefore, I drove forward again to the second window. I heard someone saying loudly "There he is, it's him!" Later, another employee opened the 2nd window and repeated my order and it was not correct. I stated, "No, I ordered chocolate." The employee said something and my reply was "LOOK...I just want out of this line!" The employee slammed the 2nd door.
