I’ve been a frequent visitor of this Starbucks location over the past few years, seeing many welcoming faces a couple of them being Vannah, Claudia, Brandon, and Donna. Being a regular at this store I’ve also noticed many changes in the employee satisfaction at this location when changes in management occurred as well. This location used to be ran by a store manager, Mrs. Amanda who was also very kind and created a welcoming atmosphere, now with new management this store has taken a turn for the worst. The new store manger Mrs. Sam is awful, vile, and a very rude person, I’ve seen how she treats her employees, telling them things such as “the store would be better off without you working here” and other inappropriate personal remarks that a manager should not be speaking to employees. I’ve heard many workers at this location talk about what a horrible person she is and that many of them leave their jobs in tears over this treatment. If any other frequent visitors of this store have noticed the recent and quick turn overs in employees, many of them quitting because they don’t deserve this treatment, this is why. Read moreMost of the staff members are very friendly. They will always say hi and bye and will remember your name. However, lots of times in the “pick up” area there is no attentiveness from the staff when it comes to the customers picking up orders. I understand everyone is very busy making drinks but when there’s a staff member standing next to the pick up area making drinks and completely ignores waiting guests. One worker today was making the drink, placed the drink(s) at the pick up and did not stating whose drinks they are. (Should be looking at costumers, asking if “name” drink is ready.) I felt like I had to jump out to ask if that was my drink on the counter because no staff member was acknowledging the made drinks. Read morei hop around a lot of Starbucks because of my job and this is by far my favorite one. The coffee never tastes burnt and the customer service is always a 10 out of 10 even when dealing with difficult people. I intentionally drive to this location when im in the area. Also, special Shoutout to Eesa (forgive me if I butchered your name i dont think i asked for spelling) and everyone else who helped me with my cup problem as well. I looved yalls store before that situation but that topped it off the charts.
