We visited today for massages and were surprised to be asked to pay in full before the service. This is not something we've encountered at other establishments, and it set a concerning tone for the visit.
After the service, we offered a fair and generous tip. However, both massage therapists insisted we increase the amount sunstantially because it was our first visit. We found this request inappropriate and unprofessional.
Tips should be a gesture of appreciation for good service—not a demand or expectation.
Unfortunately, this interaction left a negative impression. We will not be returning, nor will we be recommending this business to others.
It's disappointing when customer service is overshadowed by aggressive tipping practices and greed.

She asked which areas to focus on. I have significant neck pain from a recent surgery, and she did a great job on it. She even used a hot washcloth on my neck and massaged through it. That was brilliant! I never would have thought of that.
I also loved the stretching. It really helped to loosen up the muscles.
I don't have to go anywhere else now for a massage. This has become my go to spot...
