I have called them about getting my iPad back after I dropped it off, and they took longer than guaranteed, no one would answer the phone, so I figured, you know what I will just go by and pick it up. So I checked the website hours, drive all the way in from my house 45min away, and guess what? No one showed up for work today!! No one knows what the hell is going on there. When I did finally get in touch with them, they had no idea where my Ipad was, the printer didn't work so they had to handwrite me a receipt. THIS PLACE JUST STINKS!!! Don't GO THERE!!!!
Update, The Owner contacted me today, and has offered to deliver my iPad to me directly. So I am going to change the star rating. One thing is for sure, customer service is something that people don't seem to care about anymore, but I have got to give it to them, they are trying to make it right, and that says a lot to me! Good Job Guys.
Well here i am again writing another update to my review. So they did not deliver my iPad to me, I drove over and picked it up. I went outside and checked out and while my screen was fixed, my Face ID was not not working, so i went back inside and let them know that this was not working, and that seemed to frustrate them, so they offered a solution: and that was “ sometimes when we fix a screen the Face ID stops working” so that was not cool. Well they seemed to just want to be done with me at that point, because i asked to have my device back in WORKING ORDER. And apparently that was not a response that they wanted to hear. So they informed me that they would fix it and it would be a while. Well i would like my iPad to work like it should so, here it is over a month from the initial drop off and i still have no iPad. And you know I understand that things happen, and that they take time, but your employee’s don’t need to be RUDE to me. I have never said a mean thing, or raised my voice, even after being talked to like i am less than a human. I guess they had to send it off ( they never told me) just said that it takes apple a little while to get them the fix that they need. I have no idea what that means. But keep being told that we will call and let you know what is going on……. And guess what……. Surprise! No call!! So after the call today i was once again told that the employee has no clue what is going on, and the mysterious someone is going to call me tomorrow to give me a update. This will be the 3rd time that i have tried to call about the status form the second time that i brought it back.
I guess we will see what happens. At this point i would just love to talk to someone who will just show a little common...
Read moreReview update: Took my phone in to get a screen replacement after an incident happened with my screen, was talked into getting an aftermarket screen so it would be a bit easier pricing on my wallet. I hate that I agreed, but I need my phone for my job and I was desperate. Couple of days pass and my phone isn't responding well to the aftermarket screen, it glitches, slows down, heats up, and front camera is very blurry. I let it slide for the rest of the month and I take it to my phone dealer to get some answers and they got me a replacement screen, but come to find out they couldn't replace it with the correct screen samsung provided only because Techy Leesburg who did my screen repair the first time damaged my front camera and the screen wouldn't pass the diagnostic test since it's damaged. It made me mad that they did this! So I went to confront them about it to the owner of Techy stores and he blamed his employee for the damage and that i needed to bring it up to him who did the repair. Also they bribed me with a pop socket if I left a good review for them but now that I know the truth Im editing that review. Thanks for costing me $350 dollars all for you to damage my property. I went here to get my cellphone screen fixed for $180, and they also put on a new screen protector, bringing the total to $225. Two weeks later, I noticed a blue dot on the screen. A few days after that, small lines began to appear. By the end of the week, the screen looked like it was covered in ink. After returning from vacation, I brought the phone back to the store to explain what had happened.
The two men at the counter asked for my receipt, even though they had taken a copy of my driver's license when I originally paid to get my phone fixed, and they stated because the total was over $200 (is that even legal?). I handed them the receipt, and they called the owner, speaking in a different language the entire time, which felt incredibly rude. When they got off the phone, they told me they'd "give me a good deal" to fix it again for $150—only $30 less than what I had already paid!
This place is a rip-off, and they clearly don't care about customer service or repeat business. I wouldn't return here even if it were the last phone repair shop on earth.
