Blick Art Materials — Attraction in Fullerton

Living in the area for less than a year, so I'm still discovering great new places. This being one of them. Everything you need, no matter what type of Art project you're working on. I was going to originally order online, but couldn't find a pick-up in-store option. Even though the website said it was possible, how idk. So I looked it up and wouldn't you know it. I have this shop 10 minutes away. I'm glad I visited the store, even though I didn't get the same online price on some alcohol markers. I found the Hard-core paint cans fairly inexpensive. I had also gotten an assortment of caps, but upon inspection of my purchase, I had to step back in the store because 2 were missing. No worries, they gave them to me, no hassle. Just make sure before you leave the store, unlike me, that had to drive back. Regardless, i highly recommend you visit....will get some...

I had originally given this store 2 stars due to a misunderstanding ( i thought i had bought some paint markers here that i had bought somewhere else) anyways i dont shop here very much just because they are a much smaller store than where i usually go and a lot farther, i however have family that shops here and when they get something that ( for one reason or another) doesnt work out for them they give it to me because i jump at the opportunity of store credit. Anyways today i went in and tried to return some items and the employee i was talking to just flat out told me no. The manager however offered me 50% of its original value and since i didnt have the receipt i think thats pretty fair. I would have been hugely disappointed if i had driven all the way to this store just to leave empty handed. So thank you manager lady, i think i will shop...

I went to Blick yesterday for the first time. I’ve ordered on their website before, but I was impatient to order again.

They did a great job with COVID precautions. They encouraged masks before coming in. And then they had suggested one-way arrows on the floor. Everyone was very respectful of each other’s space. I’d say there was like 10 of us in there at any given time. Staff was helpful and not hovering. I could hear them helping other customers.

I ended up buying this Moleskin Watercolor field book. Couldn’t find it at first, but then I did on the rotating display near check out.

Also I was able to sign up for the 10% off non sale items with my teacher identification.
