From start to finish, my experience working with North & South Jewelry was FLAWLESS. If I could give them 10/5 stars, I would!!! My fiancé and I found them on Instagram and after doing our extensive research and seeing all of their countless 5-star reviews, we reached out to them on IG and they were nothing but completely transparent, accommodating, KIND, and an absolute WEALTH of knowledge! They made suggestions that were extremely helpful in our quest for the perfect ring, and they truly wanted to inform us as much as possible beforehand so that we could make the best decision for OURSELVES in the end. We never felt pressured or pushed to make any decisions we weren’t comfortable with. Picking out your engagement ring is such an exciting time in your life, but it can be overwhelming and anxiety-inducing when you’re faced with all the “what-ifs” and different options out there, and it can be even scarier when you order your ring through social media. BUT LET ME TELL YOU - I wouldn’t have done it any other way!!!!! I am THRILLED with the end result and it is truly my DREAM ring.

I have to shout out Brandon, the only male on the team, who helped us from start to finish. He truly made the experience so seamless and exciting and enjoyable. He took as much pride and care in finding and creating my dream ring as I did, and we had FUN in the process of it all! He carefully searched for and found my DREAM diamond to put in the Sophi setting I chose and let me just say - it was an extremely rare find for the price it was offered at!! If that doesn’t tell you how good this team is at their jobs and show you the great lengths they are willing to go for their customers, I don’t know what is.

To sum everything up here, I want to thank this company from the bottom of my heart for making the most beautiful symbol of my fiancé and I’s love for one another. From the start, they took the time to understand my vision, offering expert guidance while educating me about diamonds, making sure that they answered any and all of my questions (and I had a lot lol). The engagement ring is absolutely stunning—perfectly crafted, beautifully set, and truly everything I imagined. They took my poorly copy/paste vision and turned it into a reality!
