After hearing about how my sister & her fiancé had such a wonderful experience at Justin’s Jewelers we knew we had to visit. So we hopped on a plane from CHICAGO in search of the same experience.

From start to finish they’ve made our experience nothing short of amazing and unforgettable. We worked with Kevin and he was absolutely incredible. He was so patient, and kind as I kept trying on different bands. My boyfriend and I knew nothing about this process but Kevin was so helpful teaching us about the different styles, cuts, clarity, color, carats, settings and the designing process as a whole. He made us feel confident that my ideas were being brought to life. We walked away with not only purchasing my engagement ring, but also my wedding band and my boyfriends wedding band. Less than 4 weeks later we got the delivery of a lifetime…we could see with our own eyes Justin’s truly made our dreams a reality!

Great Jewelry, Bad Attitude. Customer satisfaction takes many unique skills. Patience, Communication, Time & Dedication! Female worker was unable to assist me yesterday with my purchase and did not want to give me a small discount for wear marks that I had found on the pendant I wanted. So I gave her some time to think about it and showed back up today. She wasn't in the store when I came back to the A-1 booth so one of the male workers began to assist me. As we placed the pendant on the necklace I brought in today she entered the store and began to stare, and asked "so are you going to buy it today?" I had even noticed that the pendant was cleaned, after I had brought this to her attention it seemed like she was running out of patience. She then said, "You know what, I don't want to sell it to you anymore!" I tested her strength to see if she was the noble warrior to take my even larger purchase, but by then she had snapped. Wow....... Customer Satisfaction and returning customers is always much more valuable than petty cash! Don't work with female "Family business" the father or brother should be able to help...
