Jenny has the first shop to the right, when you go in on the left door of the entrance facing Sprouts. I'm not sure how many entrances there are, but I want to be specific because there's so many different shops.

Jenny was so incredibly helpful and patient. We we're shopping for my soon-to-be-brother in law. We we're looking for a gem stone. Jenny clarified that gem stones can get milky after a while, and that you can get them cleaned up and refreshed. However, the gems stones (with the exception of emeralds, rubies, pink sapphires, and another 1 or 2 I forgot the names of) all tend to get milky and are very hard to keep sparkly. We really liked the morganites, but decided to go with a blue diamond, to avoid the milky problem. I have a morganite, and I love it! But I can vouch for the milky problem too. It is very hard to keep clean and even when I clean it, it gets dirty right away. I didn't know it was a thing until she told me.

Another great thing about the experience is that she took back the original ring he got from her (an amethyst) , and he basically got store credit to design a new ring. She said it takes 2-3 weeks, but she could have it sooner if he needed it. It was just a great experience. She showed us option after option. The customization is wonderful. I went to the Fullerton jewelry Mart and stop by a place called Georgio’s jewelry and purchased over $3000 worth of jewelry and left some of my jewelry to be repaired… I picked up my jewelry a ring that was a peridot gold birthstone ring I had for 40 years and noticed it looked completely different… I think they altered my ring they took gold off of it and they changed my stone it just looks different and I looked at the photos of my ring Before and after and they look different… One of the rings I purchased was a two-tone gold white and yellow diamond ring and they sold it to me as a 14 karat gold ring… I looked inside the ring and it said 10 karat gold… another One of the rings that I purchased one of the diamond fell out the very next day and I took it back and they just dismissed it like it was a common thing to happen needless to say I will not be buying any more jewelry from them….because now I’m worried they switched my diamond marquee from my old setting that I had reset to a new one Purchased from them…and I have no proof..Please be aware of these people if you go there I wish I knew I could report them and who to...
