Office Depot — Attraction in Fullerton

Let me tell you guys about Matilda. This woman went above and beyond the call of duty. Although there were additional employees this woman effortlessly went around helping each and every customer in line or with a question. When O asked two of the others for help they just gave me a I don't know answer. But not Matilda that woman eased my frustration 100%. Between the email not sending down to the printers freezing she went back and forth helping everyone easing the wait time while the others just focused one the one person right in front of them although waiting for them to do whatever it was but Matilda in between wait times she was helping the next then the next while still checking on the person she was initially helping. She made us all feel seen and made sure we were all able to leave with doing what we came to do. So it is only right that I give And let me tell you I'm Addition to all that she was also answering the phone calls and helping them. That Girl rocks. Matilda you are definitely the it GIRL. KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU MADE MY ROUGH DAY SO MUCH BETTER WITH YOUR ACT OF KINDNESS AND PATIENCE. YOU DESERVE...

We went there to buy an office chair. There was a young lady sitting in the chair we wanted to look at. She had a toddler with her who she was allowing to run all over and play on everything, the lady was barefooted, filthy dirty feet propped up on another chair. She just sat there and played with her phone. We asked the Mgr to do something so we could check out the chair. He went over told her she needed to leave (clearly she wasn't buying anything). Then he asked us what we were interested in, we said "the chair she's sitting in." Now during COVID-19, I asked if he had disinfecting wipes and he said yes and he would wipe the chair down for us. He walked away and started helping another customer, just left us standing there. Then he was back at the register, completely ignoring us. And the lady never left the chair! We walked out and won't be going back. We went to the other Office Depot over at Harbor/Orangethorpe and bought the chair. State College's loss. They could use a lesson in...

I was shopping at Office Depo at 8:30pm. When I was there it felt like one of the closing crew were on drugs. His personal music coming from his iPhone was louder than the store music and it was blasting some Foul language Rap, he was sing loudly to the music as if he was the only person in the store his attitude was I do give a F_€
