I hope the manager for the young lady working tonight sees this. Not only has she been super polite and friendly, which I greatly appreciate, especially while blind, I took of my contact lenses as I’m tracking a lil break doing legal research all day. And she somehow convinced me to sign up for an account, sold me on the $14 a month coffee or drink club, wow, what a deal. I was a Starbucks fan, still am but Panera just won me over. I thought it was pricey at first, but this young lady, very non chalantly was informative and not pushy.. and sold me on a great product.. offers, and funny thing I asked her for a tip jar, and she proudly told me their pay rate, kudos to PANERA.. on a great concept, offers. ,more importantly, on selecting a great candidate who one of these days will be a franchise owner or executive. Trainee.. rarely do I do this, just felt the corporation should know what a great team member they have.. NOW A PANERA FAN, Bill Tovar, CDUF CLASS OF 1995. Last to play for...
Read moreI went in there because of my friend from college he raves it and recommended it. I went in it there around 11a.m was no one at the counter at first ,as I was looking around, I was greeted by a nice young lady then her manager rudely interrupted, as I was about to order. It sounded like some issue with time or some discrepancy she was on her pad demanding answers in front of a potential customer "me".I was prepared to order a soup bowl a drink and dessert. In summary ,I am a manager in a another related customer industry, we were trained that you should never ever be out in the front dealing with issues in front of customers. If she is the manager she should be demoted or retrained. I am very disappointed because I walked it and everything looked and smelled great even though I think it's a lil over priced, I expected way better customer service. There is way better customer service at subway, sprouts, and Mike's. I went ahead and went to Starbucks...
Read moreThe food is good, if only we could get any. We arrive after 10 am two days in a row, and not a single quiche is left. Are you always sold out by then, only to disappoint latecomers? Maybe make another half batch for those of us who can't get there any earlier? My husband loves the light roast coffee, but it's been empty, one day for the whole hour we were there. The next day, we asked that it be refilled. Employee had too many customers and it took 20 minutes. We got a mug for coffee the first day. The next day, we were told no mugs allowed. Paper cups only. The employee never charged us for it, but I returned to pay and add my daughter's phone number to our order. (I live in Hawaii with no Panera stores, so she has the Panera app.) Food took 20 minutes one day and longer the next. We found out the number on the receipt and the pager...
