I stopped in to check out new motorcycles. I was greeted by a salesman, I told him I was just looking but he came over to assist me anyway. I saw a bike I was interested in and asked him the size of the motor, he said it was a 1400cc engine. He said it is the fastest production bike on the market. I asked how fast is it? He looked at me and said it does 5 seconds in the 1/4 mile. I said you sure about that? He says five point something seconds. I laughed and said, "I'll bet you $100 right now that bike won't even make a 1/4 mile in 7 seconds!!" He says, "I work here I don't have $100." I asked him how much the bike weighs, he said 800 lbs. At this point I figure he knows nothing about motorcycles and is not even attempting to give accurate answers. I also noticed the price tag had an assembly charge of over $1200. I never seen an assembly charge on any vehicle before. He (the salesman) justified the charge by saying the vehicle is shipped from Japan in crates and upon arrival they have to assemble them. I thought to myself that's part of the cost not an extra charge. A salesman is only going to tell you what his superiors allow him to tell you, so if a salesman is giving you inaccurate information it is a reflection of the sales manager's integrity. I will not go back to this place because I didn't get any accurate answers to my 2 easy questions. If the salesman didn't know for sure how fast the bike is he should have found out before saying this is the fastest bike on the market. If the salesman didn't know how much the bike weighs, he should have found out instead of taking a wild guess. At 800 lbs like he said, that bike would be nearly impossible for a rider to pick it up by himself if it...

The success of this facility is accredited with compliments belonging to the owner and staff for their organized logistic handling which is systematic and prompt.
Pick up is in priority areas. The staff runs as a well oiled machine, they handle each other's strengths which makes for a they WIN, we WIN result. Dropped off items are handled efficiently in a professional manner. Even in lieu of rush hour, the staff is cordial with a polite acknowledgement of the urgency of the matter.
In summary: I am a frequent customer and must stress remind everyone that the late afternoon rush hour is understandably chaotic.
We see dispatched drivers that are meeting strict scheduling commitments ~ When I say busy, I am not saying like a fast food or grocery store pace... It's literally a gang "FULL of Vans & Trucks " doing their day in and day out honest best to get a 5 pm package to its destination, sometimes by 10:30 am the next day (all handled with grace, seldomly getting credit for the hard work).
So first off, I don't work for UPS, and I don't work as a reviewer on social media... I am just some dude that appreciates a job well done.
As Ferris Bueller once said — 'Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you...
