This is without a doubt the best experience I have ever had in any version of retail throughout my life. From the start of everything their customer service over the phone was absolutely amazing. Leaving me 100% satisfied with everything I needed. Then when I made it to the local store the service men behind the counter were knowledgeable, extremely sincere about their work and beyond helpful. I honestly can't say enough good things. Got the part I needed and it was able to install it. Saved me from buying a new dryer. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. Ironically they mentioned they had to let a lady go because she was rude to all the customers, probably the person that has all the complaints in older reviews, and that's why the wait was a little long. I spoke with someone on Friday about a dishwasher part. They told me that they had it in the forest park location and would have it sent to the Gainesville location, close to us, on monday. I was told it would be there by 2PM. It was not there at 3:30 and the guy at the store was very rude to my wife when she went to pick it up.
