Service is horrible. Nothing but kids. They ignore the customers and do what they want. They grab on each other (sexually), ive seen the managers do it also. You have grown adults basically molesting the kids. And its the female manager doing it to another child female employee! Gross!! The people that make your food I have seen grab their junk and the female manager grabs hers like she has something down there and then they continue making food without gloves and without washing their hands. I come here often and everytime it gets worse and worse. They are on drugs or something because all of the kids and manager looks like they are stoned every time I come in. I've smelt it more than once on them and have smelt it in the parking lot on more than one occasion. I see a law suit or them shutting down very soon. Poor service poor managment all around poor place. Don't waste your money or time going here. This place is disgusting. I will make sure I let all my friends and family know never to come here again. You might get seriously ill eating something from here!!...

Went thru the drive thru to pick up dinner. Ordered a $20 box special with chicken tenders, biscuits, Cajun rice and red beans and rice. Got home about 25 minutes later to find I had gotten a box of mixed chicken pieces with a lot of wings and slaw. Called the restaurant and finally got to speak to a manager on the 3rd try. I asked to know who I was speaking to and he refused to give me his name, so I don't know that I was talking to a manager, or if there was even one on duty. I was told I could box it all back up and come back for an exchange, even though I told him I didn't live close, and it was almost 9 p.m. He was the rudest person I've dealt with in a very long time. I was expecting him to tell me to swing by the next time I was in town, and he would give me the food I didn't get. He couldn't have cared less. My advice is to stay put at the drive thru window until you have examined your food and make sure it's correct before you pull away. That, or drive 2 blocks down and dine at Bojangles. The food here is AMAZING however the customer service from Mike is very inappropriate. I have been here 2 times already and neither time has my order been correct. The first time I got all the way home and had no biscuits which we were suppose to have 8 in the 16 piece meal so I had to turn around and go back which was 25 minutes out of my way then the second time we ordered the same 16 piece family meal just to find we only had 10 pieces of chicken which were mostly wing pieces and 5 biscuits and neither of the sides were correct so I called the manager Nevin the next morning who was really kind and apoligetic she said she would replace my meal however when I went there today for the replacement she wasnt there and the manager Mike refused and was very rude even though I had a reciept because Nevin was not there . The only reason I couldn't take it back the same night was because by the time I would have gotten back out there they would have been closed .
